This a new park. The facilities inside are nice. There is a small fitness room with a treadmill and elliptical machine. There is an office with a computer and fax. There is a nice laundry room with new equipment. Also, a pool table and air hockey. The internet is free but very slow and occasionally did not work. There is no shade but there are patches of grass for each spot. The website says there is a pool, however the pool has not been built yet. The only complaint is that owner is not on sight. There are 2 people managing it temporarily that are staying there. One of the "managers" is pretty rude, the other is very friendly and nice. We discovered price quotes were different between the people staying at the park. Additionally, the electricity was free initially, then added in after we were there for 3 weeks.

We stayed here for a week. It was suppose to the be a month, however after the owner was there one day he kicked us out because he did not like our dogs. The on-sight managers approved our dogs. The owner stated "I do not like that type of dog". Our dogs are well mannered and always on a leash. The owner was rude to my husband about the whole matter and we moved to a park in Mesquite. The laundry here is clean and the bathrooms are clean. The park is older but nice. There is NOTHING in Beaver Dam though if you are planning to stay in the area for an extended amount of time, Mesquite, NV is a much better option.

Very nice park. It is walking distance to grocery store, park, post office, and restaurants. The hotel amenities are available to the RV Park including the indoor & outdoor pools & hot tubs. The RV spaces are gravel and there is some shade.
