50,30 & 20amp Electric good, Sewer is a dump on the way out. Water @ 60 psi. Wi-Fi not available. AT&T Cell Phone Good 4bars. AT&T Air Card very good. Verizon 4G LTE Air Card good. Cable not available but can get Over the Air fairly good. Site #22 is outstanding. Very wide, exceptionally long and lots of room between sites. Roads to the park are good. Interior roads look bad but are asphalt and cracked but not rough. The new Restroom near the play ground is outstanding. However the older ones are pretty sad. Laundry not available. DirecTV Satellite is accessible depending how your dish is used. Most are good if your dish is on a tripod but if on the roof may be a problem depending on your site. Discount available for Golden Age and America the Beautiful for 50%. Payment by credit card online is good. About the park. A lot of it was damaged by the recent floods. The 30amp sites are mainly older sites. Water is shared between sites and is way far away so have a lot of water hose. Sites range from very small to good in length, a little small in width for the 30amp and be careful when pulling into the site. The sites that were damaged have been upgraded to 50,30,20 Amp and are asphalt with a large pad and patio. These are very good and most are now Walk in. Get one of these if you can if you have a large RV. I would absolutely stay here again especially if I can get one of the newer 50amp sites.

50a Electric good, Sewer is a dump on the way out, water @ 100 psi and not close to the site. Some sites that are on the curve of the road have water on the wrong side of the site. Wi-Fi is not available. AT&T Cell Phone fair with 2 bars. AT&T Air Card is strong. Verizon 4G LTE Air Card is good but not as fast as AT&T. Cable not available. Site #44 is level and long enough for my 5th wheel & truck to be on the same site. Site width is good and have plenty of room for awnings. Also much open area to walk your dog. Internal road is asphalt and in good condition. Didn't use restrooms. DirecTV Satellite is good if your not close to trees. Golden Age passport allows a 50% discount. Payment for walk in is by check. This is a nice campground and I would stay here again.

Electric, Sewer & Water are good. Electric pedestals were wobbly. Didn't use Wi-Fi. AT&T Cell Phone fair. AT&T Air Card good. Better than Verizon. Cable was very poor and few channels. Site's are good. Pull throughs are long, wide and plenty of room between each one. The back in sites are pretty soft when it rains, but you have plenty of room behind and around the sites. Surface is small reddish gravel and dirt. Road into the park is a little rough but no real problem and inside the park it is all red gravel and dirt also. They have full restrooms which are very nice. Laundry is ok. DirecTV Satellite is easy to access. Payment with credit card is OK. I would come back here when in the area.

20/30/50 Electric & Sewer good, Water@40 psi. Wi-Fi is by Tengointernet. You get a coupon to access the internet. You must give them your first and last name and email address. They will email you a logon and password associated to your coupon number. I prefer not to give my name and email address to someone I don't know. I didn't use the WiFi. AT&T Cell Phone has a strong signal with 4/5 bars. AT&T Air Card was very fast. Verizon 4G LTE Air Card has a mediocre signal. Cable has about 50 channels and most are good. Sites are concrete and grass between. Plenty of room to put our your awning. Long and wide enough to handle Big Rig RV's. Road to the park is good and all inside the park are concrete. Restrooms are outstanding. They are all inclusive with all restroom & shower in one room. I am impressed. Laundry is big and clean. Long term tenants are through out the park but they are well kept. DirecTV Satellite is possible in probably the majority of the sites even with a number of large trees through out the park. Good Sam Discount is available. Payment with credit card is available. This is an outstanding park. I would stay here again when in the area.

Electric 50/30/20 Amp & Sewer good, Water @ 60psi. Wi-Fi requires a pass code. AT&T Cell Phone signal is good. AT&T Air Card is weak. Verizon 4G LTE Air Card is very good. Cable has few channels and not very good. Over the air is better. Site reasonable. Nothing to far off level to make a difference. My Site Size was small both in length and width. I could not put out my awning but this was the only site that was this small. Site have grass between them and most are long enough for average and some big RV's. Roads and sites are gravel. Restrooms private and are great. Laundry is good. Washer is $2 and drier is $1.25. There are some long term tenants but the sites are reasonable. DirecTV Satellite is good in most sites unless your dish is mounted on your RV then you need to ask for a specific site. Discounts are good for Escapees or Passport America. Payment with credit card has an extra charge unless you pay by cash or check. There is a nice pond for catch and release Perch. Hosts are very nice and friendly. This is a nice laid back park and I will be back here again when in the area.

Electric depending on the site you are assigned. Some have only 50a, some have only 30a. Sewer and water are from the city and water pressure is high @ 80psi. Wi-Fi weak. AT&T Cell Phone Good. AT&T Air Card is weak compared to the Verizon 4G LTE Air Card which is very good. No Cable. Site close to level. Sites are fairly Close but wide enough to put out awnings. Would like a bit more room. Roads are dirt with some gravel. Restrooms are nice and are generally clean. Laundry has plenty of washers and dryers at $1 each. There are long term tenants that stay here but sites are neat and clean. DirecTV Satellite no problem from most sites. Discounts 50% Escapees and Passport America. Credit Card accepted. There was a tree branch that I was concerned about and they came right out and trimmed the tree and were very friendly. There also is a private horse racing track next door and you can watch them run the horses about 9am in the morning. If you do travel with a horse you can stable the horse here for the night also. This park is pet friendly and they have lots of room to walk your pet. I would stay here again when in the area.

Electric & Sewer good, Water @ 50psi. Wi-Fi was ok but not real strong. AT&T Cell Phone signal was weak but usable. Verizon 4G LTE Air Card was very good. Cable is available. Sites are good and mainly level with plenty of room between. Roads and sites are mainly dirt with light pea gravel. Restrooms very good. Clean and in good condition. Laundry was a bit cramped but I didn't use it. Few long term tenants. DirecTV Satellite worked well. Nothing to block the access even with the few trees. Payment was made with credit card. The management was nice and friendly. Dumpsters were sometimes hard to get to. Roads were dusty when entering and leaving. I would stay here again when in the area.

Electric 50/30/20 good, Water 60psi, good sewer. WiFi is acceptable by owners. AT&T Cell phone is weak, AT&T Air card does not connect. Verizon Air Card works very well. Cable is poor. Satellite access for roof mounted antennas is bad because of all the trees. If you have an antenna on a tripod you might get satellite reception. I did in #3. They had a lot of rain here and that could be causing part of the problem. Sites are dirt and gravel. Due to the hard rains over the last week the sites have been graded to allow drainage and is good due to the raining conditions. Sites are level and mine was long enough to hold my 38ft 5th wheel and truck. There is enough room between sites to allow for the awning and room to move around. Restrooms and showers are great. Showers are private stalls with tall doors. Some long term tenants but they are neat and clean. Only discount is the KOA 10% if you are a member. Payment by credit card is acceptable. Owners are nice. Were frustrated due to the rain making conditions difficult for them to maintain, but they did well and were very polite. Price is high for this park but being a KOA that is expected. I would stay here again if in the area.

Date of Stay:

Electric is 30a only. Most of the power boxes are old but useable. Sewer good. Water @ 40psi. No Wi-Fi. AT&T Cell Phone ok. AT&T Air Card not very good. Verizon 4G LTE Air Card very good better than expected. No Cable. Sites are in an open grass field. Site Size open with plenty of room to park tow vehicle. Site have plenty of room between them. Road to park is asphalt and narrow. Long way from highway. Didn't use Restrooms but all the fulltime tenants use them. Don't know if there is a Laundry. Long term tenants are around the outside edge and are clean and tidy. DirecTV Satellite is easy access. No Discounts. I made Payment in cash. $20 per night plus $3 if you use air conditioner. This may not be the park for everyone. It had rained hard the night before I got there and had no problem pulling thru to get to a site even though it is all grass. It is off the beaten path and very quite. Lots of open space to walk your dog. If you are there on the right days they have a dirt race track that would be fun to watch. It rained to much for a race when I was there so they did not hold any races. The other park in the area is not as great as indicated and I would very much like to stay here than the other one.

Great Electric pedestals for 50/30/20a. They look brand new. Sewer good.Water 40@ psi. Didn't use the Wi-Fi. AT&T Cell Phone signal was ok. AT&T Air Card was good but not strong. Verizon 4G LTE Air Card not as good as AT&T. Cable was good. Site A13. Sites are arranged in an unusual way but they work. Site was plenty long to park truck on the site. Sites are pretty close on the pull through. Roads in the park are crushed asphalt. Road to the park is fairly rough but useable. Restrooms clean but didn't use them. Didn't use the Laundry. Long term tenants are in the area but out of the way of the overnight sites. DirecTV Satellite was no problem. No Discounts. Payment with credit card. This is not as bad of a site as the previous reviews. It is the only one in the area and is good enough for a few nights. The office is in a white build/house. Owners/staff were friendly. I would have no problem staying here for a few days if in the area.

Electric 50/30/20 is good. Sewer good. Water 40@ psi. Wi-Fi not available. AT&T Cell ok. Verizon 4G LTE Air Card good. Cable none available. Site: S4. Site Size long enough to park truck with trailer. Site are close but enough room to put out awning. Roads into the park are rough and narrow. Have a problem with oncoming traffic especially if pulling the trailer or in a MH. Didn't use Restrooms. Didn't use Laundry. Didn't see any Long term tenants. DirecTV Satellite easy in the open pull through but in the back wooded area it would not be possible. No Discounts. Payment by credit card. This is the best park in the area. Not quite as bad as others have reviewed if you stay in the pull through area or on top of the hill. Stayed for a week to visit family and would stay here again if the pull through sites were open.

Date of Stay:

Electric is 30a only. Water pressure is 10psi. Hardly enough to was dishes let alone take a shower. Water pressure in the bathhouses is strong. No Wi-Fi. AT&T Cell Phone is very weak. AT&T Air Card low data signal strength. Verizon 4G LTE Air Card surprising good signal Strength. No Cable. Roads getting to the park is a bit difficult. Narrow and windy. Not signed enough to make it easy. Sites are grass or gravel but not level. Stacked two 2x8 to get close to level. Site length of site 56 is long and plenty of room around for awnings and slides. Getting to some sites is confusing due to the way the site markings and interior roads are laid out. Restrooms old but look clean. Didn't see a Laundry. No Long term tenants. Park was almost empty. DirecTV Satellite is accusable in many but not all places. 50% Discount for Golden Age Passport. Payment is with check or cash only. I would stay here again if in the area, but water pressure was so low making it unpleasant. Water comes in from the water reservoir behind the campground and is only gravity fed. Pressure in smaller sites is much higher.

Date of Stay:

Electric 50/30/20, Water pressure 60psi, has 3 sewer connections in each site. WiFi is outstanding. AT&T Cell Phone is good, Verizon data was fair. Free cable uses a box inside the RV. Site was gravel, level and wide, long enough to park the trailer and the truck on site. Site are close but enough room for slides and an awning with about 10 foot of grass between sites. Roads are asphalt and easy to drive. Restrooms are outstanding. Have not seen restrooms as elaborate and clean as these. Laundry is good. $1.50 for washer & Dryer. Some Long term tenants but all are neat and clean. DirecTV Satellite access is good. Discount for Good Sam. Payment with credit card. Owners are very nice and accommodating. When in this area again I will stay here.

Date of Stay:

Electric 50/30/20 is good. Sewer good and at ground level, Water is ok @ 42psi. Wi-Fi Didn't use it but it is not real strong. AT&T Cell Phone good 3bars. AT&T Air 4G Air Card poor. Verizon 4G LTE Air Card very good. Cable but needs a box for the inside to the TV. Site is dirt with a small amount of shale mixed in. Site Size pretty level, good width and length. You can park both truck and trailer on most sites. Some Sites are close while others have a bit more room. Some grass between sites and some trees. Interior roads are dirt with a little shale mix in. CR261 was a dirt and gravel road but the county has come in and put rock and asphalt down but didn't smooth it out. It is wide enough for one lane but if someone is coming toward you both will have to make room, especially if you're in the RV. Restrooms and showers are nice and they look clean. I did not use them. Laundry looks good. 2 washers & 2 dryers. Cost is $1.50 each. Only a few long term tenants, but sites are well kept. DirecTV Satellite is capable in some spots especially if you have the satellite on a ground tripod. Passport America discounts Largest is a pull through at $27. Owner works during the day so pick up a map and form then you pull in and find a site then go to the sign board and pay in the box on the wall. Owner will likely come by and ask you if you want a cable box. This park has a woodsy atmosphere. Quite at night. it rained hard here and the rain ran off the campground quickly. They have an interesting drainage method. Ditches bordered by stones and vegetation and flowers growing along or over the ditched which lead to pipes underground or other ditches to move the water away. If I were in the area and there was room I would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Electric is 4 30a outlets per power pole two in each box. Two sites use same power pole pulling through in opposite directions. Water pressure is 60+ psi, no sewer on sites. No WiFi. AT&T & Verizon 4G LTE Air Card service is useable but poor. AT&T Cell phone 4 out of 5 bars. No Cable. Sites are on grass field with plenty of room between door side sites. Satellite is easy in open areas. No long term tenants. Payment with Credit Card ok. The sites are pretty run down. A power pedestal was knocked down and some have bad leaking water making the site unusable. Office is not manned on weekends. You have to go to the big Equestrian office building off to one side behind the small office. If you like being around horses the Equestrian Park is great to see the horses and some of the riders. I would stay here again but would be cautious of picking a site.
