Oceanside Beachfront RV Resort, Coos Bay, Oregon

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here 3 nights in our 5th wheel this year. Have stayed here in previous years. Our site was clean: did not see any garbage like a previous reviewer saw. Beach is great: dogs can run but need to be kept close due to other people. Will stay here again. We camped at Oceanside Beachfront RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

A little freeway noise but quiet other than that. Terraced sites with enough room between them. Wi-Fi is excellent and cell phone coverage is no problem. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Campground manager is very friendly! We camped at Moon Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Mountain Gate RV Park, Redding, California

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Good park! Clean, quiet and very well kept! Cable TV was fuzzy. Tried different cables and no luck. Maybe just our site. I would bring my Dish next time as a lot cable channels have nothing to watch on them. Some long time rigs here but all is clean. No junk cars and the other stuff you usually see with long terms people. Was warm,102 degrees but the A/C worked good along with the trees around all the sites. Level concrete pads! We camped at Mountain Gate RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Bridgeview RV Resort, Grants Pass, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean! Noise was minimal. We had a riverfront site and was very good. Good cable and excellent Wi-Fi. You can't see the bridge from the campground like the website shows, but that's not a problem. Just something to point out. They have free coffee, tea, and on Sunday morning there are cookies and other things. Would stay here again. We camped at Bridgeview RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Scandia RV & Mobile Park, Bend, Oregon

Sites are close together. Constant car traffic from the permanent people living there. The long term site out score the "RV" section. The check-in went smooth and the manager was very nice. I would only use this for quick stop for the night. We camped at Scandia RV & Mobile Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Klamath Falls KOA, Klamath Falls, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2009 - $31.00

We have stayed here many times with no problem. This last time we made reservations for full hookups. We got here and found the site I was supposed to have, was taken. Those people hadn't left yet. We pulled into another site and was told that site was already reserved. We got taken to another site. We found out after having almost completed hooking up that we had no sewer service. She said: you can dump for free at the dump station. We stayed 2 nights and the first spot along with others that were full hookups were never used. We inquired when leaving about being able to dump and were told the fee was $7.00. It was a nice campground but we were very confused by this time. We camped at Klamath Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Driftwood RV Park, Brookings, Oregon

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $31.00

Cash only or a check was a surprise. Was asked if I wanted to unhook, told them whatever was easier for them. Got stuck clear in the back which was full of full-timers. After set up, the owners brought a 5'er and truck back to park, 2 sites down from me. Guess the driver couldn't back up right so he dropped into first and sped to the other side of me to turn around. Missed the back of my 5'ver by 2 feet. He then went up and came around again almost knocking over the electrical stand, running over the sewer connection and hit all the rocks on the side with his 5'ver, tipping it into the air. All while the owner was saying, "What are you doing?" As it turned out, he must have been a friend as he knew a lot of people around. Will not stay here again! We camped at Driftwood RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
