We loved this campground and the management was friendly and very accommodating. We selected a tent site near the bathrooms/showers. The area was level, grassy and had plenty of shade. My kids loved the free kayaks and enjoyed playing in the beautiful Payette River. This campground is very family/kid friendly and even has free cinnamon rolls every Saturday morning.

Fillmore KOA

Fillmore, Utah

Date of Stay:

After camping in beautiful forests, this Fillmore KOA seemed to be in a desert -- not my cup of tea. However, the tent sites were the best among all the campgrounds we visited on a recent trip. Our site had both water and electricity conveniently located, a covered picnic table, a fire pit, and a grassy area for our tent. Plus, each tent site is provided a degree of privacy by trees and strategically planted bushes. I didn't like the shared showers (women/men), but other than that, this was an outstanding campground.

We enjoyed this campground and the friendly management. Our tent site had water and electricity and was quite large. If you prefer to stay on the Idaho side of Yellowstone/Tetons, this is a great location.

This was our favorite campground on a recent trip through Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. The grounds were lush and green with plenty of shade. The Snake River was literally on our door step. The campground is small, compared with others we've visited, but that gives it a quiet, residential feel.
