I booked this family trip without reading a single review. Upon arrival, check in was easy, and the owner even brought me around for my pick of a site, even after they had given us one. Well I decided to take my original one, nothing wrong with the others but mine was by the lake. The site was spacious and everything worked properly. Seasonal were very friendly, as was the owner, she did a good job of keeping on top of things, on the grounds. Pool was clean, dinner time is the best time to swim, basketball court was fine and horse shoes were fine. Store was small, and their is an arcade was on premisses. The rec area was OK, darts, pool table, lots of books to read, campground was quiet and didn't offer a ton of activities for teen's when we were their, but we traveled off the grounds as well, because we like to explore a new area. I would travel back here again.

Check in was easy and we found our site with no problem. Backing in was tricky but they helped us out. All services on the site worked. Their are plenty of things to do here and we did not really venture out as we had stayed in the area before. Swimming pool, fishing pond, small beach, mini golf, batting cage, etc. Plenty of planned activities for everyone including Bingo. We had friends visit us one night with no problem, and they even liked it. We plan on returning.

Check in was easy and that's about it. They share Gardnerlake withe the state. Swimming area is a joke, activities are poor, we were placed next to a bunch of drunk seasonals that wouldn't stop until 2:30 in the morning. I told the owners the next day but they didn't seem to care much, they talked to them, then pointed out I was the one that complained. One group apologized, that afternoon, the other did not, and it continued that night. If you want to get drunk all weekend, this place is for you. Not recommended for families, looking for relaxation from it all.
