Large level back-in sites with full hookups and easy to get to and around in. Beautiful park with short hiking and canoe trails. Utilities worked well but internet is very slow but they are adding fiber to improve this.

Date of Stay:

Large pull-through level sites with 50A. The campground is 40 miles inside the park but an easy drive and getting around in the campground is also easy. We couldn't get a Verizon signal or any channels over the air but really didn't miss it.

Date of Stay:

The level back-in sites are very tight and getting around with our 40' was tricky. All utilities worked well but the free internet is only accessible at the office area. We enjoyed the activities and met some great campers.

Nice level pull-through sites only a few miles from downtown. All utilities worked well and the internet was adequate. Easy to get around in even with a big rig.

We have stayed here for a month every year for the past 4 years but this year will probably be our last. The campground is for sale and maintenance is being ignored. Most of the pull-through sites have power and cable issues and are very tightly packed. The grass was about 6 inches tall when we arrived and no one cut any of the sites for the whole month we were there. Fire ants are everywhere. The host are not friendly but this is nothing new for this park. This park is fine for an overnight visit and easy to get around in, although a little hard to find behind Krystal's.

This park was voted the best in TN in previous years. It is easy to access from the interstates and easy to get around in. The back-in gravel lots are fairly level and large enough for slides and awnings. The utilities worked well and they have cable and good Wi-Fi. There is a pool and snack shop. They are a Passport America campground and if you ask you probably can get a local camper discount for the non-Passport America discount days. The host are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

This is a very large resort located on a river. It was easy to access from I-81 and easy to get around in the resort. Our shaded grass and gravel back-in site was not level but with a couple of blocks we were fine. The sites are small but no one were on either side of us during our visit. The utilities worked well and the Wi-Fi was a slow at times. No cable but we were able to pickup a couple of OTA channels and get a satellite signal. The pools were closed but they have lots of basketball, horseshoe, and other courts. If you are not a resort member you can only reserve a spot one week out. It is a Passport America campground. We would stay here again.

We had a long level pull-through grass site that was plenty big enough for our slides and awning. They do not have cable but we were able to pickup a few OTA signals and had a clear view for our satellite signal. The utilities worked well but they do charge $3/day for A/C or electric heat use. The Wi-Fi is extra after the first hour so we used our Verizon hotspot. The campground is easy to get to and easy to get around in with a big rig. They have a pool but it was closing while we were there. They are a Passport America campground. The host are friendly and we would stay here again if in the area.

This campground was easy to access from the highway and easy to get around in. It is located on a nice small river and we enjoyed a good cookout and music gathering on the weekend. The grass pull-through sites are not level and we had to request a different site because we could not get leveled even with blocks. The friendly owners put us on another site that was a little more level. We only had 30 amps and low voltage did cause us some issues when running one A/C and the water heater. The Wi-Fi was slow and there is no cable or OTA channels available and we had a weak Verizon signal. They were a Passport America campground but dropped out. Even with these issues we enjoyed this park and would stay here again if in the area.

We had a large level grass pull-through site that had plenty of room for our slides, awning, and tow vehicle. Getting to and around in the campground is easy for a big rig. The utilities worked well and we had cable TV but the Wi-Fi is extra but fast. They have activities mostly for kid and nice pools, tennis court, mini golf, and basketball courts. The park is quiet, clean, gated and the host are very friendly. We would stay here again.

This campground is on the highway and easy to get into if you use the correct entrance, follow the signs. The large grass pull-through sites up front are easy to get into but don't allow them to put you on a site in the rear of the park if you have a big rig. The park is clean and mostly quiet but you will hear some noise from the highway. They have cable and Wi-Fi but our Verizon signal was weak. The utilities worked well and there is a small store in the office. They area Passport America member. We would stay here again.

This campground has some of the nicest seasonals of any park we have visited. The shaded gravel and grass sites are level and all the utilities worked well. Each site has a nice fire pit and were very clean. They don't have cable but we were able to get a good signal with our satellite dish. The WiFI is slow and would drop out frequently but they said they were working on it. Our Verizon hotspot signal was strong. It is easy to get to from I-95 and we had no trouble getting around in the park with our 40' RV. They had a few activities for the kids, a nice pool, and playground. We would stay here again.

Nice campground with large level grass and gravel sites and good utilities. The pull-through sites do not have shade but this made it easy to acquire a satellite signal, they do not have cable. The Wi-Fi worked OK but was slow at times and our Verizon signal would drop out at times. The dirt road into the campground is a little tight but not a big problem. They have a huge bonfire at the pond on Saturday nights and activities sometimes during the weekend. The young lady at the office was very nice and helpful. Tip: site 75 has a large cement pad, the only one in the campground. We would stay here again.

This campground is on rolling hills and most of the grass back-in sites are not level. Our site was large enough to put out the slides and awnings but was on such a slope that the rear wheels of our motorhome were off the ground. The cost includes Passport America discounts for 5 of the 7 days and our site might be for PA members. The utilities worked well and they had many channels on the cable. Good Wi-Fi and nice pool, restaurant and store. Very friendly host and they will help you get parked. We would stay here again.

This campground has large level grass back-in sites and very shaded. The cost includes Passport America discounts for 5 of the 7 days. I found it easy to get to the campground from the south but did hear complaints from others that drove through Exeter. The full hookup sites only have 30 amps and the voltage was so low that we tripped the breaker a couple of times. The sewer drainage would also back up if you drained too fast. No cable or over-the-air TV but we were able to pickup a satellite signal with our portable dish. Wi-Fi was slow but Verizon cell coverage was good. They have a nice pool and do a few activities during the weekends, mostly for the kids. Even with the negatives, we would stay here again.
