No working WiFi at our site in spite of being told it would be good when making reservations. Owner explained they changed providers 5 months ago and are having problems. Their saying they have WiFi when they know they have problems is a. Machines in laundry room are ancient and one of 6 broken. Several run down single wides with run down residents mixed in with RVs.

I go out of my way to avoid KOA parks. In 25 years of RV'ing I've stayed in 5 or 6. With the exception of a KOA park in San Padre, TX I find them to be overpriced and lacking in amenities. This park is by far the worst the worst. We reserved a 50 amp pull thru with full hookups and satellite availability. The park is gravel and dying grass. Staff acted like they were doing us a favor to take our $124.00 for 2 nights. I returned to the office when I saw there was no satellite line of site. At first the host told me none were available when I made my reservation. I informed her the person on the phone assured me there would be satellite line of site. A man sitting nearby then told me they just bought the park a couple of months ago and relied on notes from the prior owner relative to satellite line of site. Apparently they are too busy to correct the prior owners note. When I suggested this should not be the customers problem the owner stormed out of the office leaving his wife to apologize. These folks won't be in business long. Perhaps the next owners will behave as hosts. Also no Verizon and slooow internet.

Laundry room filthy with 3 of six machines broken. WiFi didn't work. When inquiry was made at office an employee said we get lots of complaints about this. This park was apparently purchased by new owners and is not kept up. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

This could be an excellent park. Best feature is a restaurant on site. About half full of long term-but clean. Owners poured a small concrete patio with grass but everything else is hard packed sand which gets wet when they water the lawn. Try getting tracked in wet sand out of your carpet. Impossible to keep it out! We will never stay here again.

Paved lot with gavel sites. No tables-no room! The most narrow sites I have experienced in 20 years of motorhome travel. Pull through sites are not pull through. Two units park one in back of other. Pet ares is actually small strip of dead grass on public right of way adjacent to street on one side of park. Internet marginal at best. Friendly staff but stay elsewhere.

This park is wonderful. The amenities are outstanding. There is an excellent restaurant / bar on site. This will go down as a favorite when in the area.

Stayed here 10 years ago and remembered is as being bad but close to downtown. It is now much worse. I doubt that they have spent a dime on maintenance let alone improvements in ten years. Dirty, unkempt, and gross. Internet worthless. Stay at one of the local casinos and take a cab. It will be cheaper and much nicer.

The front half of this park is not much but the back half is beautiful. You can rent the "owner" lots for about $45.00 a night. They are landscaped, The pads are concrete and 40 x 80. The roads are paved. The pet area is grass and very large. This is far superior to the other parks in Moab. The only complaint is that they only have 3 small washers and dryers in the laundry room. This is the only place we will stay on our return.

Find the most dusty field you can find and park in the middle. At least you will not have the dust from vehicles driving around in this campground. Pet area too small for a mouse. We booked this "Resort" based on reviews. We are moving tomorrow and I will have to wash my 40' RV to get it as clean as it was when we arrived at this stop.

WARNING pet owners. This park has a pet area they wish you to use. It is full of little sticker that immediately attach to animals. We spent over an hour removing them from our dog after 5 minutes in their fenced area. We stayed here last year and had the same problem but did not remember until it happened again. We will not stay here again. If a park says they have a pet area it should be clean and SAFE.
