Overall, this is one of the nicest campgrounds we have seen. Very well kept. Streets are wide, the pull throughs are large. Little on the high side price wise, but they offer a Good Sam discount. Easy to find and close to many central CA attractions. Highly recommended.

Large campground in a very wooded area. Basically a camping area with many tents and travel trailers used as summer homes. The bathrooms and pay shower areas are very dated and not very clean. No 50 amp sites with sewer connections. Say they have pull throughs, but I only saw two. No cable access and no satellite available, due to the wooded area.

Small campground. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The family who owns the place take very good care of the place. Not overly large, but adequate. Not a lot to do locally, but within driving distance of many activities. The place has no pool, but the Wi-Fi and cable all worked well.

Nice clean park with pull-through pads on all the sites. Friendly and helpful staff. The other reviews are a little too high for this park. The sites are not really flat (my front tires are a foot off the ground. Turns within the park are a little crowded and there are many trees. Hard to find with few signs. Close to Myrtle beach.

Nice 55+ park. On the plus side is the winter rate (lowest anywhere in the area) and the multitude of recreation available to everyone. Very clean and well kept. On the negative, its basically a large parking lot for RV's. Says it has WiFi but its not really usable so bring your own access. Count yourself lucky if you don't have to interact with the office. Not friendly or customer service orientated.

Came for a weekend to get away, but would not stay here again. On the plus side, might fit you if you have a lot kids and a smaller rig. On the negative, nothing is paved (roads or campsites) so whenever it rains the place is a mud pool. Sites are generally smaller and packed together with lots of trees. No Wi-Fi. Very noisy on Saturday as they had open air karaoke with the sound system so loud that my RV shook.

Nice clean park. Well kept and maintained. Lots of hills and trees with the sites close together. Don't expect satellite, but cable TV was available. Best suited for Class C's and travel trailers. Lots to do and a good place for kids. Many activities.

This is a very nice RV park. It has everything you would want for winter in Florida. The only thing lacking is cable access. As a cooperative, it is extremely clean and well kept. Excellent staff.
