Great location right on Rt 13 before Chesapeake Bay Bridge/Tunnel. Large campground with over 300 sites, very nice pool and beach. Small cafe serves basic food, good sized camp store. Friendly, helpful staff. Good for a few nights stay max. We camped at Sunset Beach Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Frontier Town Family Campground, Berlin, Maryland

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful facility, very friendly & helpful staff. We used the bath house the first day (due to a broken water heater on our trailer) & were very impressed by the cleanliness. Staff assisted us in getting our water heater repaired quickly. Nice, shady, large sites. Dog parks a big plus! We camped at Frontier Town Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Country Acres Campground, Gordonville, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: November, 2011 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

We were allowed to arrive early and upon check-in, we made reservations for the free 2 hour tour which proved to be interesting and informative. We were at site #808 without cable TV. There are some sites w/full hook-ups (water, sewer, electric and cable TV) but you have to request those, and pay a little extra. No problems with the site: was level and had enough room for our 27' trailer. The hostess at the front desk was very nice. Will definitely stay again! We camped at Country Acres Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Canyon Country Campground, Wellsboro, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

My husband & I stayed at Canyon Country for 7 nights and really enjoyed our time there. We had a pull-thru site that was partially wooded but still had plenty of room for our 26' trailer & awning. It is very quiet in spite of a lot of children on the week-end. The owners extremely friendly & knowledgeable about area. It was a great experience! We camped at Canyon Country Campground in a Travel Trailer.
