Searsport Shores Oceanfront Campground, Searsport, Maine

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $58.00
Overall Rating:

This was the best campground I have yet to stay at. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. It was obvious they take a great deal of pride in their facility, which is well maintained and kept. The lobster bakes on the beach were quite an experience and was so tasty. While some may feel this campground is pricy, you definitely get what you pay for. We camped at Searsport Shores Oceanfront Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Hamlin Beach State Park, Hamlin, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Hamlin was nice, and the neat thing was that there really was no need to leave the park at all. Considering it was a State Park, I felt the bathrooms were pretty well kept. We camped at Hamlin Beach State Park in a Travel Trailer.
