OK RV Park & Canyonlands Stables, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed here many times over the past 10 years. Quiet, off the highway, well kept, good Wi Fi, and good customer service. Sites and roads are gravel, some shade, and acceptable distance from your neighbor. OK to ride Utah, street legal UTVs from here to several adjacent trails and into town. Busy in the summer, so best to make reservations. We camped at OK RV Park & Canyonlands Stables in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Hiking, biking, 4 wheel drive trails, scenic drives into Canyonlands and Arches Nat'l. Park. Great paved, 2.5 mi. bike/hike trail along the river on Hwy. 128. Many good restaurants, shops and 2 grocery stores which carry most anything one needs. The OK RV Park also has cabin and RV rentals if you are making your trip by car, and several tent sites.

Foot of the Rockies RV & Storage, Colorado Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Sites tiered with plenty of room to park vehicles. Picnic tables provided. Gravel sites, paved inroads, but weeds prevalent in some areas. No restrooms or showers, but we didn't need them anyway. Best park if you want to be close to shopping, medical facilities and tourist sites. Good view of city at night. Friendly and caring staff who went the "extra mile" to accommodate our needs. We used monthly rate, then Passport in Oct. We would definitely return to this park on our next visit. We camped at Foot of the Rockies RV & Storage in a Motorhome.
