Coleville/Walker KOA (formerly Meadowcliff Lodge & RV Resort), Coleville, California

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Owners very nice and helpful. Very, very clean bathrooms and laundry. Fabulous WiFi at no extra charge. The park is well thought out and the sewer is well placed and easy to dump. There is a nice patio with tables and chairs, large fire ring and bbq for visitors to use. We camped at Coleville/Walker KOA (formerly Meadowcliff Lodge & RV Resort) in a Travel Trailer.

Orange Grove RV Park, Bakersfield, California

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is part of a working orange grove so there are orange trees by every site and you can pick at designated areas around the park. The sites are close together but the bathrooms are very clean and the WiFi is terrific. There is also a place to wash your rig Staff is friendly and there are fresh doughnuts for breakfast every morning if that is your pleasure. We stay here whenever we go through Bakersfield. We camped at Orange Grove RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Riverwalk RV Park, Fortuna, California

Date of Stay: February, 2013 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The showers and laundry and park itself were very clean. The Eel River is right across the street and it was so nice, after a day in the car, to be able to get out and stretch our legs. We will stay here again. We camped at Riverwalk RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The Meadows RV Park, Ketchum, Idaho

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The park manager couldn't have been nicer. The site and bathrooms were wonderfully clean and the Wi-Fi was tops. Only 3 miles south of Ketchum so it is easy to access Ketchum, Sun Valley and Hailey. It is near a many-miles-long bike trail that leads to those towns if you are so inclined. We will stop here again. We camped at The Meadows RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Big shady sites. Very nice. $23.50 total for four of us. Two in a travel trailer and two in a tent. Buggy after dark but a good place to stay. We camped at Hells Gate State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Hood Park - COE, Pasco, Washington

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Wonderful large sites well shaded by beautiful trees. Very green because it is right on the Snake River. Easy water access for swimming or boating. Some traffic noise but not too intrusive. We have an America the Beautiful pass so the rate was $10 and then they have a midweek special of half off so we paid $5 total for 4 people for one night. Two in our camper and two in a tent. A great value. We camped at Hood Park - COE in a Travel Trailer.

Sandpoint Edgewater Resort RV Park, Sandpoint, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Outrageous price to feel as if you are being run over by freight trains all night long. Site is poorly kept and the train tracks are so close that there is no sleep to be had. One women's and one men bathroom/shower available about two blocks away. Wi-Fi very slow. All in all has absolutely nothing to recommend it other than being the only one in town. Avoid this campground. We camped at Sandpoint Edgewater Resort RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
