This place was extremely disappointing! It is tiny, the sites have no privacy and the "beach" consists of about 12 feet of weedy, nasty beach and water. We have several dogs and most of them are quite young so we requested a more private site and instead were dumped at the ends of the turn where all other dogs go to the dog area and the trail to the beach. The site was completely covered in trees and we were freezing to death and unable to sit outside all day. Then, when we went to bed, the campsite hosts hung out by our motorhome making our dogs bark and they were extremely rude to us. These people don't know they slightest bit about dogs and this is an extremely non dog friendly or family oriented park. The play ground consists of two swings, a boat and some tires and there is absolutely nothing to do at this park. I wouldn't stay at this place again if it were the last place on earth and I have stayed at a lot of KOA's, state parks and others and never had problems like this.

This was a beautifully maintained, large park and we were very impressed! We wish it were easier to get reservations for larger motorhomes since I can not book my stays much in advance due to my work, but otherwise, a very pleasant experience and we would stay at any of the Tacoma Power parks in a heartbeat again!

We have stayed at this campground a couple of times and it has always been a pleasant experience. We love to use their miniature golf and other activities. We have several young dogs and requested a more private place off the beaten path and they let us choose between a few sites so that it would work for us. It worked out very well and we will be back again and again.
