We are here to work events and staying for couple of months at least. This will be our base when in this area. People in office are friendly and they have activities such as walks, dinners, game night etc. Pool and spa is heated. Pool area has BBQ. Free Wi-Fi and was accessible at our site. You can play horse shoes or golf. Windy - and they have a lot of trees to break the wind/help with dust. We loved this little park and will always come here when we can. $315/Month and that included water and 50 kWh of electricity.

Quiet, clean, relaxed community atmosphere. Shade trees, landscaping/fruit trees, concrete patios, and picnic tables. Make you feel part of community whether overnight or longer. Personal, caring service delivered across the park every day. Family-Friendly Club House. 2 Laundry/Restroom/Shower facilities centrally located, fully equipped & maintained. Plenty of hot water & great water pressure in showers. Universal Studios is 12 mi, close to ALL Hollywood/LA area attractions. Bus stop within 2 blks., connecting to metro. Shuttle Service planned. Good Sam/Sr. Discount incl. hookups , Cable TV, Wi-Fi @ each site, paid $200.07/wk.

Manager and Maintenance Man were great -- so helpful, friendly. Long-term and short-term/overnight sites. Close to light rail. Shadier in long-term area. Have just planted trees at sites in front. Nice laundry room. We felt safe as they personally checked out every vehicle coming into park. I didn't remember the rates - inexpensive. We will stay here whenever in Sacramento.

Stayed April to mid-June 2011. We camped at weekly rate. Friendly, clean park, making renovations. Close to bus. They are catering more to Seniors, but there were family arrivals while we were there. We feel we picked best deal in Vegas and plan to return mid-September until Summer.
