Lakeshore Park Campground, Saint Ignace, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This was our first stay at this campground. As others have stated, front row sites are designed for pull-in not back-in. Nightly fee seems high, especially if you're not able to use full-hookup. The $2 a night discount when paying cash was nice. Bathrooms could use some updating but were clean. Staff were very friendly. Nice place to stay for a night or two. Would stay here again but would not get a site in the front row. We camped at Lakeshore Park Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Straits State Park, Saint Ignace, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

This was our first stay at this campground. We were in the upper level, which was very quiet and relaxing. Good views of the bridge were within walking distance. As others have stated, lock your personal belongings up at night. We were fortunate and only lost a towel. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Straits State Park in a Travel Trailer.

This was our first visit to this campground. We stayed in the third row off the river. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were in the process of installing new Wi-Fi equipment, which worked very well. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Aune-Osborn Campground in a Travel Trailer.
