Wide maneuverable asphalt roads and sites. Nice amount of grass space between sites. Gravel patio. Standard Definition cable with plenty of channels. WI-FI was good. We have been here several times. We will be back.

The sites were sand, lined by boulders. Our site was level, but some are not. Maneuvering was good for big rig. Concrete patio with BBQ and table. Cable was Standard Definition with about 10 channels WI-FI worked ok. Pool looked nice. It was kept covered at night. Small store onsite with convenience items. Coffee and muffins served in the morning. We will be back.

The last time we were here we could not use the digital cable. This time we had High Definition digital capability and the cable was wonderful. Maneuvering in the park is good after calming your nerves from the freeways. Everything worked fine on the cement pad. Tengointernet was no problem. It is best to have a reservation. Bigger parks are needed in this area due to demand. We had a weekly rate. We will return.

Maneuvering was not good for big rig. Bushes hit side of rig on narrow road. Had to back out of our site because of large oak branches blocking forward right turn. Utilities a mess surrounded by needless railroad ties that were just in the way. The Park became very busy on the week end. Wi fi non existent. The mother lode environment was nice, but it quickly becomes just dusty with burrs. We will not return.

Backing into our site was a little difficult because of transformer and street light next to road. Otherwise maneuvering was OK for big rig. Most of the asphalt sites are back in. Shade trees covered the park, and they were trimmed. We stayed for a week, and we arrived at the beginning of the week. The park became almost full over the week end with families. It had a lot of cable channels including Comcast Sports Net for watching regional major league teams. Tengointernet wi fi was OK. We will be back.

Easy off and on I 5. The area is a truck stop location with a variety of franchisees. The park has modern facilities and is big rig friendly with paved roads and concrete pads just wide enough for rigs. We were here when the park was new, and the landscaping has deteriorated. Be careful at the registration building; the canopy is less than 14 feet. There is road space to the side. Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived near closing time, but they got us situated with no problem even though it was a holiday week end. We got three nights for the price of two. Cable TV had some channels missing. We could not watch the Warriors. The park is very near to the broadcast antennae for the Sacramento area so over the air TV is easily available. We will stay here again.

Access and maneuvering is ok. We were on weekly rate. All trees seem to be trimmed out of the way. Site utilities are rustic. Some spots are very wide. When we left we used the alternate road on the south; not the main road. We bottomed out on the rear. The sidewalk is higher than the street. The cable TV and Wi-fi worked ok. We would have liked some sports channels. We would stay here again only because it probably is the "best RV park in the area".

We were here during school spring break with kids. We had a premium site. It is a beautiful park. It qualifies as a resort. Landscaping is perfect. Most sites are back-in. Maneuvering was wide and easy. Lots of cable channels. Wi-Fi was good. Fenced dog runs were in good shape. Pitch and putt golfing around the perimeter. Pools and spa were nice. It is in the city for conveniences.

Look for the park on a small street off busy Anaheim Blvd. No park signage on the corner. Check in can be difficult because of traffic and parking. Trees were trimmed out of the way. The back in site was concrete wide enough for table, and our awning and slides, Our site had water and electric to the rear. The sewer was mid ship. We had grass along our sides and a small grass lot to our rear. The cable TV is digital only; no analog. Our TV watching was over the air. Wi-Fi was good. Individual shower/bathroom was completely tiled and clean, as were the heated pool and hot tub. There are complimentary muffins & coffee in the morning. We will stay here again.

Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a pull through. The pool and exercise room are great. Easy in and out. Plenty of room for big rig maneuvering. The buildings and the landscaping are well designed. The dog run with bathing facility is great. It is the modern RV park we are always hoping for. We will return.

We really like this place. We have stopped here again and again. There are orange trees between each site. The spaces are roomy. Cable and Wi-Fi worked very well. Pool and other facilities are clean. The Lodge was comfortable. Donuts and coffee for breakfast. It was easy to maneuver our 38 footer in the park and access to the park is easy. We will stay here again.

Reservation and reception was easy and pleasant. Asphalt paved roads and sites. The sites are wide allowing room for patio, picnic table, and parking. Our site was level side to side. Slope at front of site corrected with landing gear. Plenty of space for awning and slides. Park is built to maneuver big rig. The park is landscaped with grass, ground cover and small shrubs. It has a spacious dog run. The Mill is next to the bay where ocean ships can pass by the park. Bathroom and laundry are tiled, clean and modern. Pool and spa at the hotel were closed for maintenance. Wifi was good. We used it after 10pm. Cable had good selection of cable and local stations; plus Comcast Sports Network Bay Area. We will be back.

Made reservations online with no problem. Staff were helpful and professional. Asphalt paved roads and sites. The sites are only as wide as your rig, but long enough to park tow vehicle. Our site was level side to side. The park has flat terrain. Space for awning and slides; then about 10 feet to neighbor. Enough room to maneuver big rig. Park is pretty, landscaped with redwoods and rhododendrons, appropriately. Clean facilities as others have noted. Slept fine, the 101 in Fortuna is not equal to the 405 in LA. WiFi was good. For us, the best thing was the cable. It had a full slate of local and the usual cable channels, and Comcast Sports Network Bay Area and CSN California. You can watch NORCAL sports teams, sports fans. We will be back.

We agree with all ratings above nine. The maneuvering is easy in and out. The roads are wide and paved. Staff was friendly, ready and waiting with our welcome package. Everything was as promised. We reserved online. Cement pads are wide and long that allow room for patio. Cable TV had lots of channels. This is what we are looking for. It is close to perfect. We will stay here again.

Be prepared for a 90+ degree turn under a entry arch to the park. Security guard inside the arch. We could not make the first turn shown by reception on map with our 39 footer. So we went a longer way, which looked tight, but we made it o.k. We had to ask neighbor to move his car to make it in the site. A tire still went over the grass a little. Wi-Fi is available for a charge. We did not use it. Cable was good except for lower numbered channels. Only one of the two pools were heated. The spa seemed to be popular. The putting greens were not groomed for putting. The cafe was a good choice for breakfast.
