We agree with all ratings above nine. The maneuvering is easy in and out. The roads are wide and paved. Staff was friendly, ready and waiting with our welcome package. Everything was as promised. We reserved online. Cement pads are wide and long that allow room for patio. Cable TV had lots of channels. This is what we are looking for. It is close to perfect. We will stay here again.

Be prepared for a 90+ degree turn under a entry arch to the park. Security guard inside the arch. We could not make the first turn shown by reception on map with our 39 footer. So we went a longer way, which looked tight, but we made it o.k. We had to ask neighbor to move his car to make it in the site. A tire still went over the grass a little. Wi-Fi is available for a charge. We did not use it. Cable was good except for lower numbered channels. Only one of the two pools were heated. The spa seemed to be popular. The putting greens were not groomed for putting. The cafe was a good choice for breakfast.

This is a new facility. The pool and exercise room were great. Easy in and out. Plenty of room for big rig maneuvering. It is well designed. It is the modern RV park we are always hoping for. We will return.

We wanted to ride BART into the city from the Dublin/Pleasanton station. The station is about 4+ miles from the campground. We found the BART parking lot completely filled. Of course, one cannot park on the street. The person in the BART information booth said the parking lot is filled by commuters by 8 AM. Get the number of your parking space to pay at the station. If one finds a space, one cannot park an over-sized vehicle in the parking lot. My tow vehicle is too big by their standards. So one has the option of a cab or bus. Other reviews are accurate. The rating should not be over 5. The campground is tight, but made it with 38 footer. The area has a lack of modern campground competition. It has location and convenience.

Easy in and out. We were in the well lighted gravel area which had numerous streetlights. Most of the gravel sites looked level, but not ours. The location is convenient. Plenty of things to do. It is in the middle of the metropolitan area, but close to the American River. Wi-Fi was OK. We would stay here again.

The resort has paved roads and sites. Our premium site was level. There is easy in and out for our big rig; room enough for slides and awning. More width is available at deluxe sites. Noticed that some rigs had several levelers. The resort has a nice atmosphere, and remote feeling on under developed part of California coast. Elephant seals, whales, redwoods, Pigeon Point Lighthouse and brewery nearby. Tent campers have a nice area. Fireplaces at the comfort stations. Lots of services available. Kid and pet friendly. We will go to the restaurant next time. Cable had channels 2-15. Only 8-13 worked all the time, even after a call for maintenance. The local channels might come in the evening. There is no antenna TV even though you are sort of close to San Francisco. Wi-Fi was good. We did not achieve nirvana--a grade of 8.5, but we will bump to 9. We will return.

The park had a great game room with pool table and ping pong. A nice swimming pool was a plus. Easy maneuvering for a big rig. The sites were wide enough for slides and awning. The park was situated on three levels with gravel roads and level gravel sites. Playground equipment was strong enough for big kids. Everything was cared for, and it worked the way it was supposed to. We had site with view of Sundance Mountain. Yes, the kid committed a crime here. Short trip to Devil's Tower. Cable TV had 54 channels and good picture with a cable guide. Wi-Fi was good. We used it everyday. We would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Dry desert sandy, dusty dirt site and roads. The white dust was very thick in places. Why couldn't paved roads be put in? We had to level side to side. There was an extra charge for kids. There was room for maneuvers, slides and awning. Desert type trees are at almost every site. The miniature golf had seen better days as there were weeds, sand and gravel on playing course. Why have the course if you don't maintain it? Not a lot to do in the game room. The pool was the best feature. It was clean and good sized. Cable TV had about 50 channels with a good picture. Wi-Fi available only at the office. We would stay here again.

The Kampground charged extra for kids, but there was no game room and the playground equipment was for toddlers. There was a pool at one time, but it was filled in with dirt. The hot tubs were next to the dirt. We had the end site and needed 3 levelers to get almost level, and it made for a giant step to get into the rig. Our door and windows looked directly into apartment parking lot/windows in back of the KOA. The roads and sites are dusty white rock. Maneuvering was OK. The electric connection had to be pulled all the way forward to connect. It was not co-located at midship with the water and sewer. Cable good. Wi-Fi TengoInternet way too difficult to sign on for casual browsing. One bag of trash per site. Too pricey for all the hardship. We would not stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Park located in country setting in wide open spaces. Easy turns in and out for big rig. Roads were rutted dirt. Sites were dirt and grass--not level. Enough room to use awning. Only one dumpster near the office. Pool was small and crowded. Cable was completely unusable. We had better TV on antenna. Wi-Fi weak. Field with numerous horses at edge of campground added to fly problem. Close to attractions. The price was good, but we would not stay here again.

The park had many mature trees, grass and a creek on edge of campground/park. Easy in and out. The resort is built on a level site. Roads and sites are gravel. We were in the rear of the park. The utilities placement made it difficult to connect for our large 5th wheel. We had to pull the electric extension forward to the front of the RV. The heated pool was a definite plus for the grandkids. Cable TV was good, and it had 66 channels plus guide. Good Wi-Fi reception. We would stay here again.

This resort would need a pool to compare with other rv resorts that are a 10. The town has a lot to do, and the location is close to all the attractions. The resort is built on level site. Roads are wide and asphalt. The rv sites are gravel, which was fine. A nice size patio and table with the site. The registration area was appreciated. The grass and pine landscaping was a plus. There was a very well stocked game room and a playground for kids. No security lights late at night; very dark. Ample cable channels with good reception. We had coupons for Tengointernet WiFi for each night with good reception. Beware of rangers issuing tickets in Yellowstone. We would stay here again.

Boulders were a concern as we were turning into our aisle. It was very tight. Campground situated on a sloping area with grassy, bumpy sites, and gravel roads. Our site was near level. No pool; but playground and games for kids. A creek along the rear of the park. Pizza restaurant on site with good quality and quantity of food. Cable (27 channels) only available at deluxe sites. No antenna TV. We could have used the weather channel in Wyoming. The bathrooms near us were old. Wi-Fi unavailable in site we were assigned.

Date of Stay:

Easy in and out for 5th wheel big rig. Some of the Iowa Water Hydrants were broken. Roads and sites are asphalt. Campground built on a level site with ample trees and grass. The bathroom, laundry, and shower building appeared to be new. Did not seem there was much of a connection between the casino and campground. No TV; cable or antenna. No WiFi reception. Good for the price, but we would look for somewhere else.

Date of Stay:

Campground located close to off ramp. Easy in and out for our 5th wheel big rig. Campground built on a level site. Gravel roads and sites. Desert environment. Management helpful. You pick your own site, but they come with you to the site. Bathroom, laundry, and showers at main building clean. Eighteen cable channels with good reception. WiFi good. We would stay here again, but only for overnight.
