We stayed here for 12 nights. The site we were assigned at check-in already had a rig assigned. It was a surprise to the management; the previous camper has not checked out. We were reassigned to a site without sewer or electricity. Maintenance was very responsive once the problems were reported. Our back-in site was very spacious. In fact, most of the back-in sites are quite spacious. After the initial chaotic check-in our stay has been very pleasant. The common areas were kept very clean during our entire stay. This resort provides excellent mail service with a designated on-site Post Office. Be forewarned that WiFi is available but not free.

Check-in staff is very friendly. Coffee and muffins are offered in the office in the morning. The campsites at this campground are long and narrow with a picnic table on a concrete pad which is very nice and kept dirt from being tracked into the rig. It's definitely big rig friendly with the 100 ft pull-through. Laundry room is large with 8 washers and 5 dryers at $1.50 per load. Bathrooms and showers are old but kept very clean. We will definitely camp here again.

The roads leading to the campsites are in dire need of repaving and showed severe sign of long term erosion. Consequently, the roads are bumpy and very dusty. Maintenance around the campsites is lacking as grass needed mowing. Be sure to have a long water hose as ours barely reached the water hook-up. WiFi connection is excellent. We will not camp here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of upgrade going on as seen in the replacement of the fences around the campground and campsites. The campsites are level but dusty. The Lizzie Mae store is an unique store that contains unbelievable variety of products to satisfy any shopper. Bathrooms and laundry room are very clean and at $1 per load is the most economical of all the campgrounds during our 52-day trip. Be sure to get the free limo ride to check out the good food at The Big Texan. We will definitely camp here again.

The rate reflects a Good Sam discount. The site we were assigned was situated oddly and took some maneuvering to get in there. The site was level but dusty. Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The women's toilet do not have doors and I chose not to use it because of my desire for privacy.

Nightly rate reflects Passport America discount. This RV park does not accept credit cards. The place is run down and I would not use their shower or bathroom. I did not find their claim on the web site regarding their laundry as "probably one of the cleanest you will ever use," to be accurate. I had to clean the machine three times before putting my laundry in there. The shock was finding dirt in the dryer that required extensive cleaning before putting my stuff in there. We will not be returning here again.

A great campground with beautifully landscaped leveled sites. Very clean campground as the sites are cemented with picnic table on grass. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wi-Fi is the best of all the campground we've been to. Did not rate it a 10 is because two out of the four washers were out of order during our visit.

We made a reservation but upon checking in was told they don't take reservations as they are strictly first come first serve. Luckily there was one space available. This campground has mostly long term campers but it's well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Laundry room is spacious with TV and rocking chair provided while waiting for the laundry. Washing machine takes $1.50 per load while the dryer is 50 cents for 10 minute drying time. We won't stay here again due to not taking reservations.

This campground is ideally located within a short driving distance to all sorts of family entertainment and theaters. It's located about 7 miles from the entrance to the Great Smoky NP which was nice as visiting the NP was the main purpose of our trip. The sites are small but well maintained. Laundry room is nice with front loading washing machines at $1.50 a load and $1.25 to dry. We will stay here again.

This campground is hard to get in and out. We stayed here for 3 nights at site#150. During our entire stay we had to struggle with water and mud puddles. This site is at the lowest point of the campground and the rain pools right around our rig. There is no laundry facility available on site. I was informed upon check in that laundry can be done across the main road at the truck stop. WiFi connection was decent. We will not camp here again.

We used Passport America discount for our 5-day stay here. This is a great campground with very friendly owners and very nicely maintained grounds. The catch-and-release fishing pond is a big hit with the kids. Wi-Fi connection is good. The only con about this campground is no laundry facility, which is prohibited by the county ordinance. We will definitely camp here again.

A very nicely maintained campground. If you need Wi-Fi make sure to speak up when checking in. It seems only certain part of the campground gets good Wi-Fi reception. Connection is slow but sufficient enough to check email and read news online. We stayed here overnight and will come back again if we are ever this way.

We chose this campground because of its location within the downtown entertainment district. We were very happy with its location as the show we wanted to see was within walking distance. The laundry room is huge with 7 washers and 8 dryers at $1.25 per load. The bathrooms and showers are well maintained and very clean. We stayed here 5 days and our awning was able to stay out the entire time. The reason for not rating this campground a 10 is because of the narrow roads entering and exiting the campground.

We camped here because of the Passport America discount. The campground has the worst bathroom, shower, and laundry room of any I've been to. Bathroom has not been cleaned and water leak around the toilet. Grass has not been mowed and caused some of the campsites to be inaccessible. We will not camp here again and hope we don't come across another one like this.

We stay here overnight using a Passport America discount. Bathroom, shower, and the laundry room are old but very clean. The name is misleading as Wi-Fi signal is very weak. Talked to the management and was told to come closer to the office to get a connection. After trying for hours was finally connected to the Wi-Fi but the speed is so slow, 1 Mbps, my attempts to check email kept on timing out. We will not stay here again.
