Date of Stay:

Nice state park campground. However, there is no shade so it would be hot in the summer months. I would stay here again in the winter.

Date of Stay:

Perhaps the most vegetated of the campgrounds in Death Valley, but still pretty bleak with sites close together. Constant drone of generators between 7 AM and 7 PM. I would rather not stay there again.

Date of Stay:

BLM campground located ~45 miles north of Susanville of hwy 395. 2.4 miles north of roadside rest area, turn east on BLM road 26000 and go ~2.5 miles. Longitude -120.25366, Latitude 40.70733. Campground fee is by donation. I would camp here again.

Date of Stay:

Note, this is dispersion camping and there is no charge. Located about 2 miles west of Lone Pine off Whitney Portal Road - on both sides of the road. One of the prettiest places we have ever camped at in our travel trailer. Scenes from over 400 movies have been shot here, so you most likely have seen it. I would camp here again.

Date of Stay:

BLM campground 20 miles south of Battle Mountain off State Route 305. Then 4 miles east to campground on well maintained gravel road. Nice camp along creek.

Date of Stay:

Very nice CG with mature trees and grass. Nice spacing between sites. Price was half off for senior discount (had my parents along). I would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Clean CG and restrooms/showers. Well located with big, mature, shade trees. However, the sites are too close for my liking and there is no grass. I would look for a different C.G. in the area next time.

Date of Stay:

Nice CG. Only a short distance from Hwy. Restrooms/showers are clean, though a bit "funky." Good value for the money. Would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Forest Service C.G. about 34 miles East of Glide, on Hwy 138. Along N. Umpqua river. No water available (other than river water) so bring your own. Vault toilets, no showers. Great hiking, fishing, and rafting. I would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Excellent CG. However, check the parks website before taking a big rig up there as the parking would be tight (21' max?). Also, the road to CG is narrow and windy. I would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Nice State Park close to Bandon. Good beach walking a short distance from the CG (easier to drive or bike). I would camp there again.

Date of Stay:

Very nice campground with short hike to ocean beaches. Large trees in a rainforest like environment. I would camp here again.
