I would call this an RV park and not a resort. The roads are not paved and need some work. It was much quieter than I expected since it is near I-37. Premier sites are large and have concrete pads and patios. The regular rate for the premier sites is $41 which is high in my opinion. The pool and hot tub area was closed even though daily temperatures were in the 80's. The quantity of laundry/restroom/shower facilities was inadequate. Cats belonging to long term residents were allowed to roam freely and were frequently seen on our chairs and picnic table. This was a good location for visiting San Antonio. Rate reflects Passport America discount.

We feel the rate is high for what is available at this very small park. You must pay in cash to take advantage of discounts. It is beside a highway so there is some road noise. The owners are friendly and courteous. WIFI worked until another rv parked between us and the office, and then it wouldn't work at all.

This is a very nice, quiet park. The roads are paved, and the sites are concrete. There is a large dog pen for off leash play. The restrooms were private and clean. The laundry room was clean. Rate reflects Passport America discount.

The newer pull thru area is a big gravel parking lot but good for a couple of nights while sightseeing in the area. There are no sewer hookups in this section. You are allowed 20 kwh per day, and if you go over you pay .15 per kwh. Showers are $2, and there is a $5 charge to dump even if you are staying here. The $11 rate is for Passport America. The owner was very nice and helpful. When we drove up he had a packet of info ready for us. He is continuing to make improvements to the property and has recently planted more trees.

This is a great place for snowbirds with many activities to keep everyone busy. The majority of the park is occupied by park models. The size of the sites was ok, but the actual parking area was the narrowest we've ever had to back the motorhome into. We had a concrete patio on one side and shrubbery on the other. The streets are narrow, and there are many obstacles if you are trying to maneuver a large rv around. During the week we were there we saw a motorhome hit a lamp post and heard about someone scratching the side of their trailer on one of the fruit trees that are on each site. The laundry room is not short-term friendly. Machines are operated by a card you purchase and load with cash. Use a laundromat in the neighborhood instead of wasting your money on a card. Even though this is a nice resort, we won't stay here again because of the difficulty in maneuvering the motorhome.

This is a basic RV park that meets our requirements for an overnight stop. We would not stay here much longer than that. It is about 8 miles off I-10. Rate reflects the Passport America discount.

The casino took a section of the parking lot and put in 10 side-by-side hookups. If someone had been on either side of us, we would not have been able to put out our slides. Maneuvering through the parking lot is not easy. Big rigs may have some trouble with that. The parking lot is well lit, but there is a lot of noise from casino traffic and the nearby I-10 bridge. We were given key cards to access the health club in the hotel where there were restrooms and showers.

The roads are paved. The sites are gravel and very close together. There are many fulltime residents. We would stay here again.

This park has many amenities: pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, game room. They have many planned activities for the snowbirds. A golf course is adjacent to the park. Wifi did not work at our site. Use the entrance to the park to exit because the transition from the park to the street causes some rv's to drag. Rate reflects Passport America discount. We would stay here again.

This is a new park that is still being developed. The sites are gravel and are roomy. The roads are paved. There is a laundry room but no showers/restrooms. RV's with large rear windows may enjoy the view from the back-in sites at the back of the park. The rate reflects the Passport America discount. This park is a great value. We would stay here again.

Access in and out is good. The roads and sites are paved. Some sites have cable, and some have picnic tables under a pavilion. Rate reflects $5 per person park entry fee. We would stay here again.

This is a very basic park with many fulltime residents. The park is clean and quiet. There is a laundry room but no other facilities. We stay here whenever we are in the area visiting family and will stay here again.

This is the first rv park we have ever driven up to and turned around and left. It is a big dirt field with hookups. We couldn't bring ourselves to stay for one night. I can only imagine what it would be like if it rained. There is a state park about 45 miles west of Ft. Stockton that was much better.

I was told by one of the employees that the park is for sale. There may be a change in ownership by the end of the year. It is possible that the new owners may be selling individual lots. Conditions have gone down with the present owner. Cats and dogs are loose. Some long term residents have accumulated a lot of things outside their trailers creating a junky appearance. Free wifi worked well most of the time, but some days it did not work. Rate is based on monthly rental for a premium site.

This rv park has gravel roads and gravel sites. Sites are open with few trees. Water is from a well so washing rv's or filling tanks was not allowed. The laundry room was closed because of drought conditions while we were there. It is located just off a busy interstate so there was a lot of road noise all night. The owners were very friendly.
