Rate reflects RPI rate. We will definitely stay here again. Not so much for the park, which is lovely or for the amenities. it is because they have some of the most wonderful, friendly and helpful volunteers of any park, anywhere. We had a problem with our truck just as we arrived and we had several volunteers immediately come to our assistance. Helping to diagnose, recommending a wonderful garage for repair and towing the rig to a site, after the truck was towed away. And they checked on me frequently until my partner arrived back at the rig with the truck repaired that day! Great place, great people!

I agree with all that the previous poster said but the sites are NOT level, especially front to back. All sites along the river have a very high hump in them. I imagine it serves as a sort of levee if the river floods. But the hump makes it very difficult to level and it also made it almost impossible to get the truck unhitched. We were there in their post high season so we were the only rig in the park. We would not stay here again.

Just an OK park. Great for an overnight. Sites are level pull thru and the electric is good. Far enough away from the interstate that traffic noise is not an issue but easy on and off. I especially like the registration being an honor system. Envelopes and instructions are available in the laundry room and you fill them out and deposit in a locked box. Cash or check only. Rate reflects our Passport America membership. We would return to this park

Rarely give a ten but this park definitely deserves it. It is well maintained, grass is mowed and trimmed, sites are level and spacious. Staff is very professional and friendly. The laundry was clean and all machines in working order. Had lunch in the restaurant. Prices were fair, food was good but two of the staff had multi-colored hair, in blue, yellow, green and red tints. Rather off putting especially for this facility. But that was the only thing that was the least bit negative. We will definitely return here again. Rate reflects our RPI rate.

Very surprised at how nice this park was since it is practically in downtown but it is very nice and has a big sign about no extended stays! We pulled in to escape an early fall snow storm and were very comfortable here. The owner was manning the office when we arrived and she couldn't have been nicer. Very welcoming and even offered some fresh produce she picked that morning. We would definitely stay here again.

I would give this a 10 except they do not have any hookups. That being said, we really enjoyed our stay in this campground. We had good voice and MiFi data connections with our Verizon account, don't know about the other carriers. I do have a problem with two things. One is tenters occupying the oversize sites meant for RVs and the other is the generator hours are so restrictive. I wish they would begin at 7:00 AM for 2 hours. It was awful having to wait until 8:15 for a hot cup of coffee. And most folks are not in their rigs for the lunch time period so the afternoon should be longer, maybe 5 to 8 so that we can use our appliances to prepare dinner. National parks just haven't kept up with the RVing lifestyle!

Not much to talk about on this park. Has a rather wilderness feel, lots of trees, and few amenities. We were traveling with friends and the owner put us on adjoining pull thru sites so that our doors opened onto each other. We also received a discount for paying cash. No other discounts are available. Very quiet place. Would come here again. Very close to the west entrance of Glacier.

This park doesn't look like much but we really enjoyed it because of the beautiful surroundings. It is absolutely gorgeous in this valley. We were camping with friends so we camped with our doors facing each other. Sites are very roomy. Not so happy with the host. Their site was positioned way in the back and if you don't know where they are you could spend a bit of time trying to find them. Also, their site was a pig pen. They really should be brought to task for it. And the trains, so often and so noisy! But it is so beautiful here! We would stay here again.

Very nice park. Very tidy and has lots of activities available for kids including the pool, playground and basketball. When we checked in on a Friday afternoon the very friendly lady told us that we needed to be prepared because they ate all week end! They had an ice cream social Friday night, breakfast Saturday morning and dinner Saturday night. Best of all were the yummy cinnamon rolls on Sunday morning. People were very friendly in the park. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a basic park, nothing fancy by any means. The reason for coming here is the ability to camp so close to the ocean which is not available at most parks. Some posters have complained about dogs being off leash and that is true, not all dogs are on leash, all the time. But we only had one dog that came onto our site to check us out and that dog was not aggressive, just curious. All the dogs got along really well on the beach. And yes there was a little bit of trash on our site but it wasn't a problem. The only problem we had was the fireworks being used. Since this a Quileute Tribe reservation fireworks are allowed until August sometime, can't remember the exact date. But the sound of the ocean waves, the fog drifting in and out, the sea stacks so close to shore and the dogs having fun on the beach and in the water chasing sticks make up for all of this. All that being said, if you are a fussy, motor home owner this park may not be for you since it definitely does not fit the name 'resort' but few RV parks do!

We used to really enjoy this park and as a Sunrise Resorts member looked forward to returning to it but that is not the case any longer. First of all the full time residents are given preference and occupy all of the larger sites. They then proceed to trash them with their junk strewn all over and they do not keep their units clean. They are covered with tree debris, mold and mildew. Were given a narrow back in site. Due to trees and a narrow road we had a very difficult time getting our 33' fifth wheel into the site. We actually had to unhook, maneuver the truck and reconnect in order to get fairly straight on the site. Since the park has sewer available on only some of their sites and the full timers are all on sewer sites, that leaves only a small number of sewer sites for the rest of the campers. We wanted to extend our stay but are denied because of lack of a sewer site. Another problem is the electrical service. They advertise that they are a 30 amp park but it is rarely 30 amp into the unit. They need to update their service but are not putting any money into utility upkeep. There is also a problem with their sewer service. They are having to pump out on a weekly basis. Evidently there is a problem with their leach field. The rate is based on our Sunrise resort membership. We will not return to this park.

Our rate reflects an RPI discount. The only reason this park gets a 2 rating is because of the friendliness of the office staff and a level site. Nothing else positive to say! The negatives are the rundown condition of the sites, the lack of an Internet signal, and so little to do in the area. So boring. Wish we had not made a reservation here. I do not understand why people have decided to have permanent sites in this park. We certainly would not invest another penny here.

Beautiful park right on the river. Lots of trees but we were able to get a signal for our dish! Sites are more than ample especially if on the river side of the park. Large open area behind our rig. Only two negatives. First is that there are trains and lots of them and second is that you have to 5 miles up river to a Shell station to dump for $6.00. But we have enjoyed this park so much we will stay there again.

Staff at the check in gate are very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Told to drive around and pick out a site then fill out a form and drop it off at the gate. The laundry facility is clean and all the machines worked. $2 a load for both was and dry and you can use your credit card and not have to worry about quarters which we liked. Those are the only positives. Our site was weed filled, asked if someone could come and mow or trim and that was never done during our four day stay. Also site was gravel and lots of small bits of trash in it like cigarette butts and pieces of plastic. The 5 mile per hour speed limit in park was annoyingly slow but since it is so congested I can understand the reason for it. But the threats in the rules of being fines and ejected from the park for non compliance was over the top. We won't stay here again.

This is a terrific park. All personnel are very friendly especially the gal at the front desk. The landscaping is gorgeous and very well maintained as are all of the sites. Level site, hook ups worked perfectly and the Wi-Fi was fast and free. This was our second visit in 3 years and we will definitely come back again. This should be the operating model of how RV parks should be run. The attention to detail is awesome!
