Location, location. location. This is a woodsy RV park with the only full hookup sites near the North Rim. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The sites were uneven, dirt or gravel and dusty due to an adjoining gravel forest road. I would have rated this campground a 7, but the electric power at our site was very poor. Even using propane for our refrig and hot water the power usually was 105-110 volts. Mid day it was higher, but immediately fell if any appliance was turned on.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We needed to extend a couple of days due to truck problems and they had had a cancellation and managed to extend us without moving us. The park is clean and well cared for. Our site was near the road and therefore traffic noise was bothersome. In this area is is location, location, location and this park was by far the best we saw in the area.

Date of Stay:

This was our third stay at this park and there have been some changes since our last stay. Many of the trees have been cut down. This may account for the increased level of road noise from the adjoining road. Otherwise, not much has changed. Due to the road noise, we may look elsewhere next time.

We think this is the best choice in Walla Walla. This park is clean and well cared for. The spaces are quite narrow, but there is grass in between and a thin bench/table as there is not room for a full-size picnic table. When we were there most all of the pull-through spaces were open, but we were sandwiched in between two other up front near the road. Spaces further away from the road all stayed empty for the two days we were there.

This park gets it right. Off the freeway and quiet. Very clean and well kept up with wide streets and long pull through spaces with patio and grass in between. The personnel are wonderful and helpful. This is our go-to park in the area and will continue to be.

A very clean park for overnight or visiting the crater, but some freeway noise that is distracting. We would stop here again for overnight. The space was clean, adequate sized and level.

We got into a wind storm and needed to get off the freeway and happily found this park. A back in site was available and we checked in at 8:30 AM. The park is well off the freeway so noise is not an issue. All the streets are wide and backing into a site was easy. The place was very clean with good electric power and water pressure. The desk staff was very accommodating. We will stay here again when in the area.

This is not a resort and there is no pool, but the campground is great. The owners are wonderful and maintain a very clean roomy RV park that is out of town with wonderful views of the distant mountains and sunsets. We have stayed here before and will again.

This was a good place to stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks. It was further than a campground in White's City, but after driving through that campground we were glad we choose to drive the extra distance.

This is a wonderful park on the Dolores River 25 miles upriver from Dolores, Colorado. The park is in two sections, one on the highway side and the other across the river. We were across the river in a back-in site that was shaded and wide. The utilities were fine. The staff was excellent including the staff member who guided us to our site and skillfully guided me into it - it would have been difficult without his help. The park is quiet at night and dark.

This was a midpoint overnight stay and what made the place a good stop was the service by the owner and the location. The owner teaches school and therefore there may be a delay in her returning phone calls, but she is very attentive. The park is primarily a permanent/worker park whit a number of older units, but it was quiet and we felt very safe.

This is a very nice city RV park on the banks of the Snake River well away from the freeway. Navigation in the park was fine and the sites are nicely spaced and level. Utilities worked fine. We will stay here again when in the area.

This is the fourth time was have stopped here. The park is well run by a friendly staff and very clean. It is well off the freeway, quiet and dark at night. The power and water were fine. We did not use the spa/pool but it looked good. The sites are well spaced and long and fairly level pull through's.

Date of Stay:

This is camping in the woods with gravel winding roads and trees. Our site was fairly close to the road, so there was quiet a bit of road noise. Other than that, it was a peaceful pleasant place. While some site are close, out had lots of space. We would stay again.

This is a very well maintained park with a great staff. Roads and pad are paved. We have stopped here before and will stop again.
