Way too many permanent residents, probably 80% of the spaces. They all have too many vehicles which makes navigation in the park trecherous. It's bad enough when there are no extra vehicles to dodge. This park should be about $28.00 a night. I can see no justification for a charge of over $40 a night. Spaces are tight and roads are narrow and multi-directional as well. Have stayed here several times over the years and each year this park has declined in some way. Maintenance is also lacking. The 30Amp receptacle in the power stanchion at our site was totally burned out. Had to buy 50 to 30 adaptor to use this site. This will be our last visit here.

Add the city tax to your bill and it comes to $39.00 per nite. A little high for this park as there are no amenities to speak of. Laundry room is great. 7 washers and 7 dryers (2 out of order). They could do a better job of policing the area. Lots of small pieces of paper and wrappers in the foliage at most every site. Water pressure is grand. 60 psi no problem. Pretty quiet park considering the number of fishermen and dogs here. Stayed 3 days. Beautiful location close to aquarium and old town. Would probably stay here again considering the other RV parks at the coast.

Would have rated this higher if they had a pool and/or spa. Excellent park for overnight or a few days. Close to food and fuel. Pull thru sites are 75 ft long and 40 ft wide. Level side to side but slant a little down hill. Sewer hookup a long way from other site utilities. Close to freeway but no noise witnessed. Wi-fi good and works fairly fast. 45 miles south of Eugene and 118 miles north of Medford. Have stayed here several times over the last few years. Will do so again when in the area.

Not the Taj mahal but good enough for a few days or a week at the beach. If you pay for 6 days, 7th day is free so it makes it relatively cheap to stay here. Park is well kept and clean, although aged. Owners are friendly and helpful. Have stayed here several times and will do so again when in the area. All sites are back in.

Very nice park about a mile east of I-5. Two laundry rooms with 6 washers and dryers each. Concrete pads with parking at site. Plenty of overflow parking. Very large pet area. Some train noise even though the train is 3 miles away. They have an ice machine here! Staying here for 3 months. Monthly rate is $525 + electric. Plenty of eating places andf shopping close by. Well maintained park.

This used to be a nice park. As with so many parks, 90% of spaces have been converted to permanent/long term residents and the rules go out the window when this happens. Park is full of derelict rigs and way older than 10 years. The only shiny spot is the indoor pool and spa which closes at 7:30 PM. Management seems to have a so what attitude, and as long as the income maintains, they are happy. This was our last stay at this park.

Very nice smaller park. A bit of a stroll from the freeway(15 miles) but probably worth the trip if you want peace and quiet. First park in 6 days that we did not have to level the trailer due to spaces being level. Long enough also that we did not have to unhook our 35ft trailer from our Excursion. Two fuel stations in town with diesel. Nice walking town with lots to see and enjoy. Wi-fi very good and cable TV with 13 stations. Would have made arrangements to stay here longer if we had known park was this pleasant. Will stay here again if in the area. Follow road signs to get here. GPS will lead you astray.

This park is a gem! Nice long pull thrus. I have a 35ft trailer pulled by Ford Excursion. Did not have to unhook and still had 10 more feet of space left. Very well kept park. All the rigs look well kept. Park is quiet but seems to be in close proximity to a gun range as can hear lots of firing close by. Wi-fi works well from my space #34. Park is about 10 miles south of I-84 so highway noise is nill except for local traffic on US30. Will stay here again if in the area.

This KOA needs some cleanup. Beginning to look like a dump. Staff friendly and helpful as I needed some new tires while there. 5 to 6 horses on the property and their pen condition was frightful. Could smell horse pucky from our rig. Laundry was OK. 4 washers (1 broke) and 6 dryers. Fairly nice game room and park store. Will probably stay elsewhere next trip.

If you hate TV commercials and cell phones ringing, you'll love this place. No TV, unless you have satellite and no cell service. Wi-Fi id great though. Beautiful setting up in the mountains east of Nephi. Lots of grass and open space. Pull through sites are a little narrow(where your rig sits) but long enough for trailer and truck to park. Nice pool(in season)and laundry room. Very clean park.

Older park that needs some TLC. New owners are working to get it upgraded as profits allow. Stayed here 4 days. Park is downhill from the road and pretty quiet. Great view of the river and mountains to the east. Restaurant right at top of hill by entrance. Stayed here because of proximity to Bryce and Zion, although it is about 30 miles back to Zion. Sites are gravel and long and a few puddles in the road when it rains. Easy to get around in this park.

This park has more rules than the IRS. Which is a good thing. The owners are very proud of this park and want to keep it clean and neat and free from riff-raff and junk RV's. Price is steep for the few amenities offered but park is quiet and very well cared for. This is a non-smoking park and smoking is not even allowed inside your own rig! They do allow smoking in one designated area only. You won't see any cig butts around this park. Very close to fuel and eats and is easy in and easy out. Lots of room to maneuver inside the park also. Spaces are wide and level and plenty long. Will stay here again when in the area.

Have stayed here several times. This time, we came a bit earlier than usual. Had to delay our departure two days because of paving in the park. Got here and checked in and inquired about the pool and spa. Surprise. Not open until the end of May. Had we known that in advance, would have went somewhere else. The pool and spa here are nice. A shame to waste three days. They give you a small booklet of rules upon arrival. No problem except a lot of them are not enforced, as usual. Coach close to us had barking dog inside. Trailer next to us had sewer hose on the ground(strictly forbidden). No wi-fi at site. Have to go to clubhouse to use it. Rate is too high without the use of the pool and spa. Cable TV is good at site and about 50 channels available. Signal is converted to analog so older RV's can hook up. Makes picture small on modern flat screens.

Date of Stay:

Rate fairly high for no free Wi-Fi and no cable TV. Nice pool and spa, but not kept up well. When we checked in, I asked about the spa and front desk said water level was low. I said why don't you fill it. Got no answer. When went to use the spa, water was so low that the filter pump was cavitating. Women's shower room has no ventilation and smells moldy. Puddle of stale water in a low spot by the floor drain. Next day the pool had been cleaned and the spa was filled. Pull-through sites are wide and very long and are gravel but fairly level. Close to freeway but noise is minimal. Nice laundry facility. Ben Avery shooting range close by and you can hear it from time to time. The transient sites have no shade and this place is right in the middle of the desert, so expect some warm days. Have stayed here several times since 2009. Price has gone up and maintenance has gone down during that time. Park is very close to shopping and fuel and eating establishments.
