Large grass sites. Next to Walmart (cheap gas/diesel). Overnight stay. OK for overnight stay.

Date of Stay:

Very easy access from I 25 on border between New Mexico & Colorado. Clean restrooms. Beautiful views of mesas in NM and mountains in CO (Spanish Peaks and Sangre De Christos).

Date of Stay:

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. Beautiful park with paved sites and roads. Landscaped and well maintained grassy areas between sites. Picnic tables at each site. Pull through sites very long...plenty of room for our 37' 5th wheel and F350 truck. Clean, air conditioned individual bathrooms (roomy with shower, sink and toilet in each bathroom). Beautiful pool, separate housed hot tub, exercise room, laundry, and club house available. Staff friendly and helpful. Some problem with our navigation system trying to find campground. Called campground and directions were excellent (Exit 583 on I-20). Entrance was narrow, but very navigable. Exit was a little steep.

Date of Stay:

Well maintained campground, but don't think it has 39 sites (was automatically added to review, did not count but think 25 would be more accurate). Beautiful views! No cable, since our satellite was on the fritz and no air stations w/ antenna. Good level gravel sites...ours was a pull through. Water pressure sometimes weak, but not bad, overall. Easy access to I-25 exit 460 (weigh station shares this exit). Friendly staff. Our rate reflects discount (Good Sam).

Overnight stay, rate reflects Good Sam Discount. Dirt / grass roads. Plenty of room for (37ft 5th wheel & truck) parking and between sites. Women's bathroom stalls clean, but floor and shower stalls needed cleaning. Did like the fact that it was air conditioned (outside temp was in upper 90's). Seemed to be a lot of resident RVs. Next door to Walmart with gas station which was convenient. Wi-Fi was a bit slow. Water pressure fair.

Date of Stay:

Gravel RV sites are long (we have 37' 5th wheel and F350 Dually). There was plenty of space between campsites. Bathrooms are clean, and stalls are spacious. Showers are clean. There is a very nice walking path/trail where you can walk your pets. Well maintained campground. Our $39 rate included our Good Sam Discount, so was a little expensive, but was just an overnight, so may be less expensive if you stay longer.

Gravel sites are uneven and if you have a big rig (37ft 5th wheel). We found that tree limbs needed to be trimmed as they were in the way, making it difficult to put out slides and awnings. Our neighbor in a large motorhome, had to move as the site was not acceptable for their RV for the same reasons. Love trees, but their placement made it difficult to maneuver in and out of the site. Ladies restroom had curtain instead of doors on the 3 stalls and unsanitary trash noted on floor beside 2 of the toilets. Though we did not use the showers, they appeared semi-clean. No cable but the reception with air antenna was good. Train whistle blows often in the wee hours of the morning, but we don't hold that against this park.

We camped here with our 2 puppies for the month of August, therefore a monthly rate and we paid for electricity. Nightly rate has electricity included. This is a beautiful park, beautiful landscaping, gravel sites with grassy areas at each site, immaculate restrooms. This is a very quiet park. Many people leave during the day to explore the many things to do nearby ie: Glacier National Park, hiking, fishing, rafting, riding the gondola at Big Mountain, etc. There is a wonderful meat market next to the park that offers so many choices, beef, buffalo, elk, etc. Great food at the Night Owl/Back Room about 1/2 mile down the road is a must! Friendly and professional staff. The owners are wonderful, and exceptionally helpful! We would gladly stay here again! We had 2 little dogs, who stayed at PBR kennels close to the Kallispell International Airport on days we had long outings.

Restrooms clean, but need to be updated. Staff was pleasant. Expensive...we had KOA value card, so paid $38.41 with that (that includes tax). Gravel sites, but kind of close together.

Good sites. We don't use restrooms, but I usually check them out I found them to be nice, clean, and very private. The train noise is loud at times during the night. Nice concrete sites.

This was just an overnight while visiting a sick uncle. I would not recommend it for much more than that.

What a surprise! We were right on the Mississippi river and had a bench facing the river where we could sit and watch the river traffic. Sunset and sunrise were beautiful! Relaxing and serene. This was a one night lay over, but wouldn't mind spending a little more time, just relaxing. We could never get the Wi-Fi to work...don't know if it was the park's problem or ours.

Date of Stay:

Big park, lots of seasonal campers. Wi-Fi didn't work well. This is an older park. We stayed for a week because we were visiting friends who keep their camper here. People were friendly. The services are good. We had a problem with our water pump and it need to be replaced. They did this on site. There was a restaurant on site and the food is noted to be very good, we only had the ice cream, which was very good! Our friends love this place (they keep their camper here year round), but the campground is only open from May to Oct.

$56 rate was with a KOA card. This was a nice campground, but expensive. Nice walking trails.

This is not a good place for a big RV. Our 37'fifth wheel was difficult to squeeze into. wouldn't want to do this again in our rig. Not easy access for any big rig. We were here for a family reunion. Would stay in a cabin next time! The biggest frustration was the lack of signs telling you where to register. Drove through the entire state park and had to find a place to turn around (not an easy feat in a F350 pulling a 37' 5th wheel). Bathrooms were clean, staff very friendly. We had Wi-Fi (were beside the grocery store, so were on theirs), rarely had cell service. The "moonbow" was a sight to behold.
