Yellowstone River RV Park and Campground, Billings, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $79.00
Overall Rating:

This park did not honor it's registration commitment. We reserved a 50A FHU and received email confirmation but upon arrival at our site found only 30A available. There is one 50A outlet per two side-by-side sites, and our neighbor was already using it. No resolution was offered by the campground. We also noticed the party arriving right behind us had to move sites, and they verified that it was because they reserved 50A but were placed on a site where it was not available. This will be a one stop campground for us. We camped at Yellowstone River RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

East Lake Campground & RV Park, New Milford, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We travel with a 36 foot fifth wheel. There are narrow access roads once you are off the interstate. The campground sold us a 50A FHU pull-through that turned out to be a back-to-back at the end of a cul-de-sac with one side occupied. The 50 amp circuit was not turned on, and there was no water. Had there been a reasonable option we would have left. We camped at East Lake Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Getaway Mountain Campground, Ascutney, Vermont

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

A short distance off the highway and easy to navigate our 36 foot fifth wheel to the entrance. Easy check-in and a guide to get us to the generous pull through site. Cash or check only and WI-FI only available near the office. The staff was very helpfull. We camped at Getaway Mountain Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
