The only thing that keeps this from being a 10 is the lack of shade. Staff were wonderful and had a great sense of humor. Sites were grass/gravel; water does puddle after rain. Sites were a little tighter than what I am use to, but they were more than adequate. We would stay again.

Park staff were kind and helpful. We were showed to our site, and offered assistance in getting hooked up. Site and park were very well maintained; nice rec. room, a special event for honoring our military had just been completed which was very nice to see. We were parked on the J row, near the Rec room. The showers and baths are spotless. There is a large difference between being handicap accessible and handicapped friendly and this park has gone out of it's way to be handicapped friendly. The ladies stall has a private bathroom/shower, the shower can be rolled into, the bench is build on to the wall, easy for transfer, shower knobs and the hand held shower head are all at your finger tips from the shower bench, support bars frame the other walls. It was such a pleasure to be able to sit there and get my shower with out feeling like I might fall off the shower seat that most provide. For me it was worth the cost of the space just for that shower after a long hot, hot day on the road. We will definitely stay here again.

This park is lovely with plenty of shade trees and nice sites. You're not sitting on top of your neighbor. While they do have long term and permanent residents, all are friendly and helpful. The owners go out of their way to be certain your stay is enjoyable. It's nice watching the longhorn cows, the horses, enjoying a small fire in the provided fire rings, The owner shares the bounty of her garden. The Wi-fi, while it did work most of the time, the signal was weak and went out frequently. Even that would not have stopped a 10 rating, but the women's handicap shower stall did. The stall can be rolled into, a hand held shower head is provided along with a portable shower stool. The biggest complaint is that the water is controlled with a button you have to push, and keep pushing. I didn't time it, but I believe that the shower will stay running for about 2 seconds, then you must push again, and again. I understand given the drought conditions they would not want children leaving the water running, but this shower is not handicapped friendly as far as I am concerned. A timer on a shower that will last for at least 5 minutes would be a better arrangement for it. I have yet to meet a child that will stand around for 5 minutes just to turn it on again. The laundry room was wonderful, clean with newer machines. The pool was inviting. We'll stay here again if in the area.

Will make this RV Resort a must stop on the way back through. Clean level site, easy access, friendly and helpful employees, clean pool and spa, dog and cat friendly. Have heard no trains at all. Grateful for the lack of bleach smell, sensitive to chemicals. Love the size of the space, not squeezed in like a sardine. Rate reflects Military Discount.

Not a 5 star park but a wonderful park for those escaping the snow and wanting to see southern California. Wonderful pool and jacuzzi, all natural hot springs. Management and staff are wonderful.

We stayed here for 10 days, the owners are wonderful, this is a well maintained park with a lake on the property. Restrooms and showers are very clean. They offer washers and dryers, all newer machines. A small store with basic supplies is available, they have hand made pizza available for those to tired to cook. Sites are roomy, with full hook ups. We are Passport America members, so the price reflects discount. Would definitely make this a stop on our next trip.

Owner was very pleasant, helpful and informative about things to do in the area. Sadly the grounds are in need of repair. Showers are available, but in need of repair as well, as are the restrooms themselves. Good location for overnight stays to take in the local attractions. Would consider again for a overnight stay. We are Passport America members.
