This is a very peasant, and comfortable stop on the Indian Nation Turnpike. They had full hookups and friendly service. It is a basic campground but everything needed for an overnight stay in a very pretty part of the state.

My wife and I spent 3 very pleasant nights here. The campground was clean and well groomed, staff were friendly and helpful, and from #15 in A section we had a nice view of the lake and marina. My interest was birding, and we saw many colorful birds including white pelicans, red winged blackbirds, blue jays, red headed WPs, Baltimore orioles, scissor tailed flycatchers, and many crows, turkey and black vultures, and Canada geese pairs with babies.

The park was clean, well cared for; staff was friendly. The location was good for local activities. The experience was everything one would expect from a campsite. I will return.

We arrived on a Tuesday night. Campground was clean, well maintained, quiet, and enjoyable--the typical KOA.

The campground had everything I want. It is close to highway, easy in and out, clean and well maintained, all hookups work, with friendly staff/owner. I will stay in future when in the area.

An oasis of solitude in the chaos of florida just 25-30 mile from the beach. Friendly owners, wide spots, acres to walk, two lakes to fish a great spot to just relax, get away. It is close to the beach and night life if you want

We enjoyed this campground so much we stayed another day. Very dog friendly, very open feel, and friendly helpful staff, and convenient location. In contrast to the previous reviewer there was no fear, no bad smells, but just a relaxing stay. The only negative was the road noise.

I am here now after extending my 2 day stay to 4 days. With AR senior discount price is $21 weekends, 14 weekdays. My location is on the lake: much space between campsites, long dog walks, very quiet and peaceful. Park rangers are helpful and friendly. This is a very good place to get away, bird watch, fish, or do nothing.

This is my favorite campground in my favorite vacation state. The sites are large, private, with great views of the Taos mountains to the east and Rio Grande valley to the west. Staff are friendly, park is pet friendly with a mile long walking trail. We has visited 4 times in 8 years and plan on returning in the future.

This is a small, new, state park in east central Arkansas. Very private, somewhat isolated, all sites on lake front, with reported good fishing and a swimming area. A wonderful place to just get away and relax. We have gone twice and plan on returning. In spite of the name, the park is not on the Mississippi river.
