Manager was very friendly and helpful, providing information and maps of places for us to visit. He also let us pick out our site. We chose #1 because it had lots of shade.....and that was our error. Yes, we could get satellite tv, however, it's the FIRST site for everyone to pass by and the spaces were so close to road we kept losing sat every time someone drove or walked by. The site was graveled, but the edges were mud. The street noise was tolerable during the day but the tire service business next door was more than irritating. To enter the park is a little confusing...better signs would have been helpful. I doubt we'd stay here again.

We moved to this park after a muddy rainy week in a federal park. The receptionists were very nice and helpful so we were able to park in pull-throughs next to our friends. They also told us we could wash our rig and our pickup (which was VERY necessary). We used the laundry room and were very satisfied with the cleanliness and the equipment. Getting around in the park was very easy and overall did not feel like a HUGE park. We were able to get both Verizon and At&t at this park.

The location itself is beautiful.....camping in the trees by a lake. However, the site we had is supposed to be for a 38 foot rig. We have a 34 foot rig and found it was hard to get into. The road is not wide and the turning radius made almost impossible with a cement pylon blocking our truck from turning. We were supposed to stay a week, however, the roads and sites are NOT graveled and when the rains came we were underwater. Our 4 wheel drive with all traction tires had trouble getting through the slimy mud. Our site where we parked the pickup was under water and we couldn't leave one of the days. The fire pit flooded!!!! The road in (hwy 191) was smooth and nice, then you turn off onto a BUMPY paved road, and then 2 miles on DIRT (no gravel). After 6 nights of this we moved where they let us wash our rig --- we had MUD everywhere, including an inch or two on the running boards. No, we would not stay here again.

We stayed at this park for one night while traveling thru. We found parking in front of the office confusing. Someone had parked a van in front of the board that says where to park....one needs to pull in and to the left to make a circle out of that area to go back on the road to the site rows. Entering the site rows was easy, hooking up easy and site was flat. Park does have a little road noise during the day but was VERY quiet at night. Park is a delightful 1 1/2 block walk to the grocery store. Though there were trees in the park, none of them were of concern with the rig. They were trimmed back and up.

We stayed in this RV park one night. The park itself is very clean, well maintained, and easy to get in and out of. It's next to the casino but there is a distance between the casino and the park. The park provides shuttle service to the casino. The lobby of the RV park is beautiful. The showers and restrooms are very clean. Though this park is easy to access from the freeway, you don't hear the freeway noise. Yes, we'd stay here again!

We stayed here for a month while tending to family medical issues. The park is Always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The spaces are spacious and easy to get into and out of. The laundry room was always clean.....in fact, looked so clean I wondered if they'd ever been used!! Because we were monthly, we were in the back of the park. We didn't hear any street noises or noises from Safeway.

What can I say -- this is a big plot of land, with a great view of a 1500 drop canyon. The road to the park is good, until you move off to the "camping area". The road on that is the worst we've encountered. The park IS free, so you get what you pay for. We had a beautiful evening the first night, beautiful sunset, etc. The next day we explored Monument Valley area. When we got back to camp, the winds began. NEVER have we been more frightened!!!!!! IF we use the cg again, we'd park further from the edge. We've been in 85 mph winds before, but this was worse. Spent most the night worrying that we'd be blown off the edge!!!!!! As someone else said, if you have children, make sure you have them under control......the edge does NOT have railings ......it's a sheer drop.

This cg is a treat. Due to the government shut down, we were required to relocate and grabbed this cg early. The owners are new....they just bought the park in June of 2013. There is evidence they are working hard to improve the park. Not a day went by that we didn't see them working. They are building a fence to block the view of the trailer park.....but wood is expensive there so they're doing it as fast as they can afford. Because we have a screen room for our cats, we needed a site wide enough to put the awning out. The owner came by after we pulled in and we mentioned the limbs in the tree were a problem.....we got a chain saw and cut the tree back. :) We'd planned on 3 nights but stayed 4. The campground is away from the highway traffic noise and the train noise that we had at another rv park. The laundry has 3 washers and dryers. They cleaned our clothes with no problems. We would go back any time we come thru the area again.

We liked this campground. There are 2 sections...and upper and a lower section. To get to the lower section you pass thru a dry wash. The spaces were large and for the most part, pretty level. Unfortunately, the government shut down and we had to leave early --- even though the cg doesn't receive any federal money. The camp host was apologetic. We didn't have a chance to hike up to the water falls.....but will next time.

This was a disappointing campground. The road in is treacherous. I was following my hubby who was driving a 37' MH. The road has two switchbacks that caused the back tires on the right to go OFF the road! Otherwise the road is narrow and curvy. It's not a road a large wide MH should be on. We called them before traveling and they said it would be no problem. They are WRONG! We stayed at the Indian Creek Campground. Dogs were allowed to run free. Children were not respectful of other's campsites nor property. Children that were underaged and not wearing helmets were riding 4 wheelers around the campground: on lawns, etc., and spewed dirt and gravel onto our pickup and boat. The store was not open during the hours they stated. The sign said "back in 5 minutes," was gone 1/2 hour. There were no garbage cans for us to use and only one bathroom that was hoarded by day users. This state campground is contracted out for the care and upkeep. For a state campground it is one of the worst we've been in. We will NOT be going back.
