Camp Creek State Park, Camp Creek, West Virginia

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

Road to the Park is off the Toll road and was signed well. No one at the office, only phone number, parked in our reservation spot and called. They came later with local info. Area is quiet and plenty of room. We were put in a full hook-up spot we didn't know was available, great since we were staying 8 days. Okay laundry, but 2 dryers out-of-order. We camped at Camp Creek State Park in a Motorhome.

Washington / Pittsburgh SW KOA, Washington, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Be sure and follow the KOA signs along the road. Follow the instructions given at web site. The road to the park is very narrow, but is paved. Wi-Fi worked good and there are lots of TV channels. We had a nice long plu-thru. We camped at Washington / Pittsburgh SW KOA in a Motorhome.

Cooperstown Deer Run Campground, Cooperstown, New York

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We were guided to our site, all sites on grass. We were told after we set up and asked about 50 amp, there were only 2 with 50 amp. We stayed where we were. We had our mail sent here, that as okay, and we received it. We then had our ac thermostat fixed and sent here. We need it to run our ac, but they lost it. We checked with the Post Office and they have GPS

showing it was delivered to the Park. The office is not secure. The roads are awful. We camped at Cooperstown Deer Run Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We came here for the Baseball Hall of Fame. Busy. Found parking a few blocks away as we didn't see the trolley around very often and would not like to wait. Parking is for 2 hours, so just moved to another spot for another 2 hours.

Gulf Coast RV Resort (formerly River Lodge RV Resort), Inglis, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

The rate reflects monthly rate. They keep this park clean and they are very helpful on places to go. One minor disappointment: no large community room to have meetings, games, etc. The Wi-Fi was down while they repaired it and now works great. Will be back again. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort (formerly River Lodge RV Resort) in a Motorhome.

Ho-Hum RV Park, Carrabelle, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

The rate reflects ocean view. Was happy to pay the extra for front row seat of the ocean. The host were friendly and helpful. Called us when our mail came in early and held it for our arrival. Only negative was the laundry room, washers didn't fill properly. When in the area would stay again. Oceanfront sites are closer than the others, but didn't care. We camped at Ho-Hum RV Park in a Motorhome.

Supply Park COE, Fort Supply, Oklahoma

Rate is Senior discount. We had site #41, was a plu-thru. To find the turn off, we stopped in town and asked. There were no signs coming from the north or west. Great stop over. We camped at Supply Park COE in a Motorhome.

Warrior RV Park, Tulsa, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

The service was great, they were always there to help, bring mail to you. This is one of the few parks where the Wi-Fi worked great. Water pressure great and one of the least expensive laundry facilities. Even tho the highway is near, road noise was not bad, only during rush hour times. We camped at Warrior RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects a weekly rate. Must be the month, but it was windy most of the stay. Laundry wash and dry total is$2.00. Sites are pull-through and very level. Some road noise, but at night really nothing. We camped at Hagerman RV Village in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

A lot of Hot Springs in the area and a beautiful area. There are lots of Cattle Farms to pass before you get anywhere, a mostly farming area. 25 miles to Twin Falls, Shoshone Falls a must see. Jakers Bar and Grill, the place to eat.

Fort Running Bear, Mountain Home, Idaho

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects a membership park. Management was fabulous. They did all they could to support us, as our jack got buried in the dirt and the springs came off. Yes, the last 3 miles are dirt, but we had rain so wasn't so bad. Yes, the Park is out in the middle of nowhere, but very restful. We camped at Fort Running Bear in a Motorhome.

We had a cabana with a table. Be careful as there are lots of grounds squirrel holes. Need truck service, in Mt. Home, Jerry's is very fair and knowledgeable.

Riley Store RV Park, Riley, Oregon

Date of Stay: April, 2015 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

I gave a lower rating as this is a parking lot with electric. Everyone was helpful. Gas/propane is the cheapest around. Some road noise, but didn't bother. You are out in the middle of nowhere and some like that. Sewer dump is only 10 miles away. Would stay again if we need a stop in this area. We were the only ones and stayed 5 days. We camped at Riley Store RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Mahler Wildlife was a place to see, but all the lakes are very low as little rain. Already that far, went to see the Round Barn. Okay for history of the area, but a long way to drive to see a Barn unless you like to see different buildings.

I agree with other postings. Traffic heard sometimes, but not a bother. We had a nice pull-through. Always enjoy this area, so much to see. Laundry is reasonable. We camped at Cascade Meadows RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Cypress Grove RV Park, Gold Hill, Oregon

Date of Stay: April, 2015 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Would have given a 10, but have no meeting hall. We were greeted as we entered the park and we were guided to our site. We were given information on a fallen soldier being taken to Medford, so we sat as a group by the freeway and watched the procession for our Hero. There are only 2 washers and dryers for the park, so you must sometimes try several times to use them. Will return. Sites are long and roomy. We camped at Cypress Grove RV Park in a Motorhome.

O'Nite Park, Red Bluff, California

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

We had a nice level long site. Electric good, WiFi good most of the time. We were greeted as we arrived with a friendly fella. When he mowed our grass, he removed our chairs and replaced them when he was finished. The ducks stayed on the lawn next to us, so was a source of entertainment. The pool was closed, but looked very clean. Would stay again. We camped at O'Nite Park in a Motorhome.
