Camped in a 35 foot fifth wheel on premier pull through site 232. Site is gravel, requires board to level, adequate room for truck, no shade. Site is an end site so has slightly larger grass patch than other premier sites. Neighbors on non awning side are close; no neighbors across lane to nice rural view. WiFi is available on site despite staff comment to the contrary, but very slow. About 20 OTA TV stations. Interior lanes are dusty gravel. Some non premier pull through sites have no grass. Laundry & shower houses are clean. Book exchange & DVD libraries. Pool was closed for season. Large pond, open pavilion, playground, paved basket ball court. Distant traffic noise & dark at night. Staff is very pleasant.

Camped in a 35 foot fifth wheel on pull through site 9. Site is gravel, nearly level, with room for truck, very close to neighbors, & has a grass patch. No shade. Interior roads are paved. Campground is adjacent to I 64 & noisy; however, sites close to office are away from interstate & quieter. No cable at site 9, but there are about 20 OTA channels. WiFi & AT&T cell coverage both good. Bath & laundry houses clean. Pond with beach for swimming, but water color is very unappealing. Basketball hoop & playground. Staff is friendly & directs camper to site.

Camped in a 35 foot fifth wheel in unnumbered back-in site. "Campground" is a large paved parking lot with an island of a few full utility hook-ups at rear of sites. Sites are level with lots of room for tow vehicle. About 18 good over the air TV stations; no WiFi. Parking lot is lit with high utility pole lights until very early morning. Quiet at night. There is a community center at edge of lot that was open until late evening & which has restrooms.. No laundry. Easy I 79 access.

Camped in a 35 foot fifth wheel on back-in site 182. Required one board to level. Site is very close to neighbors, as are most, with narrow grass patch between sites. Site is long with room for truck. There is a large tree on both sides of entrance to site-be mindful of limbs when backing in. Some shade at drive entrance. Sewer & water are in rear of site & rather far from mid rig hook ups. Behind site is large grass field with pool, laundry & shower house close by. Lanes are well graveled & easy to travel. AT&T cell coverage is good. Over the air TV with about 10 stations. Bath house & laundry are clean. Pool was closed for season. Miniature golf, rec room with arcade games & billiard table, bounce pad, paved basket ball court, volley ball field, tether ball, playground. Fellow campers complained of Interstate noise, but it is distant. Park is pretty with lots of grass & trees. Quiet & dark at night. Staff is pleasant. Low rating due to narrow site.

Camped in a 35 foot fifth wheel on site B 25. Required one board to level. Site is wide, long, grassy, with large trees on side of site that provide good shade until late afternoon. Plenty of room for truck. Lanes are gravel, dusty, & with a few pot holes to avoid. Trees are trimmed high, but some sites have roots with which to contend. Good AT&T cell coverage & WiFi. No cable TV but can rent satellite box. Bath house has clean & private (low flow) showers. Laundry house is clean. Did not use pool but looks well maintained. Rock climbing wall, bounce pad, water slides, miniature golf, tether ball, billiard table, paddle boats. Snack bar, but closed for season. Adjacent to pretty, shallow Neversink River. Small ponds on grounds. Prompt free shuttle to, & pick up from, NYC/NJ train platform ten minutes from campground. Quiet & dark at night. Staff is friendly. RV park is a bit shabby, but grew on us during our two week stay.

Camped in a 35 foot fifth wheel on site 158. Site is level, very wide & long, grassy, with high well trimmed trees providing light shade on site. Plenty of room for truck. Lanes are gravel with some dust; however, long site provided protection from billows of dust. Wi-Fi is excellent as is AT&T cell coverage. Good cable TV. Bath house has clean & private showers, but button must be pushed often to keep water flowing. Laundry house is clean. Did not use swimming pool, but looked well maintained. Baseball field; basketball court; gaga ball court; rec hall with games; exchange library; playground; horse rides, rock ban, DJ, & organized activities on holiday weekend. Campground is very quiet & dark at night, & well cared for. Staff is friendly.

Camped in a 35 foot fifth wheel on site 2 that has glimpses of lake views. This is an adult-only RV park. Site is level, wide, grassy, with well trimmed trees providing some shade on site. Packed gravel beneath rig spot. Plenty of room for truck. Lanes are hard packed, dustless stone. There is no WiFi, although can walk to owner's home, stand outside to get weak connection. No cable TV & electric is 30 amp. About 8 over the air antenna stations, 1 of which is French language & 3 are PBS. Good AT&T cell coverage. Bath house is very minimal, but clean. Two shower stalls & shared dressing room are very cramped; coin-operated with one quarter providing 4 or 5 minutes of water. Laundry house has 1 washer & 1 dryer. There is a ledge rock "beach" from which it is possible to swim in lake, place small lawn chairs, & offload kayaks. Campground is very well-kept, pretty, dark at night & quiet (light sleepers may be disturbed by the 24-hour chugging ferry boats that dock close to the campground about every 20 minutes). Unlike stated in review from a previous year, campfires are now allowed. Check or cash only payment. Staff is pleasant.

Camped in a 35 foot fifth wheel on site 118. Site is long enough for rig & truck. High trimmed trees provide good shade at one end of site. Paved lanes. Site is wide, required one board to level, sand & pine needle base with nice picnic table. Generally good Wi-Fi & AT&T cell coverage. Very quiet & dark at night except for a few scattered bright street lights. Shower & laundry houses are clean & well maintained. Did not use pool, but looks clean. Nice rec. building with ping pong, pool, assorted games, piano, & covered deck. Shuffle board & bocce courts. Playground. Friendly staff, don't violate any rule.

Camped in a 35 foot fifth wheel on site 112. Led to site. Site long enough for rig & truck. Across lane from woods & non-awning side of site is distant from neighbor, & grassy. Some well trimmed trees provide shade. Required one board to level. Site is large, clean stone with grass, nice picnic table. No AT&T cell coverage (outside park & up road got coverage), slow WiFi, six antenna TV channels. Very quiet & dark at night. Restrooms well maintained. Did not use pool, but looked clean. Nice walking areas in woods & around large campground. Large playground, basketball & volleyball courts, horseshoes, miniature golf, fishing ponds. Ohio route 97 from Interstate 71 is rather narrow & is well marked. Watch for Bunker Hill street sign past Butler village. Campground is on the right if coming from route 97.

Clean shower & laundry houses (2 washers & 2 dryers). Good AT&T cell coverage, generally good WiFi access. Geared towards adults; i.e., no playground/pool. Camped in a 35 foot 5th wheel on pull through site 24. Site is located in section beside farmer's field & tree lines, farthest from I 70. Convenient to I 70 but traffic noise. Gravel site with nice grass patch & two well trimmed shade trees. Required board to level. Plenty of room for truck. Close to neighbor on utility side; some sites are buddy style. Full hook-up. Good WiFi, AT&T cell coverage, over the air TV. Shower house is not as clean as most at KOAs; laundry house is okay. Both facilities could use web removal attention. Dusty lanes. Pool closed for season. Pleasant staff.

Date of Stay:

Camped in a 35 foot 5th wheel on pull through site 23. Full hook ups. Wide, pretty level, sand site with sparse grass patch. Lots of shade from well trimmed trees. Pine needle debris. Room for truck. Camped in a 35 foot 5th wheel on back in site 121, an end spot with a nice size grass patch (in newest section of park). Full hook ups. Wide, level, gravel site. No shade, although, small trees have been planted on sites. Plenty of room for truck. Some sites in old section are buddy type (facing awning to awning). Clean shower houses. Camped in a 35 foot 5th wheel on site 41, which is sand & W/E. Easy access & level. Lots of shade from well trimmed trees. Occasional falling acorns on rig roof. Adequate room for truck. Buddy sites (facing awning sides); however, sites are fairly wide. Clean shower & laundry houses. Shower is the push button sort that must be regularly pushed to maintain water stream. Only three washers, which might be a problem during the busy summer season. Good WiFi. Campground does have limitations on length of time & number of devices (one) that can be on-line at one time. No AT&T cell coverage. Poor over the air antenna TV some days, up to 12 channels on other days. Very quiet at night. Modest sized campground beach across the street from park, & limited grocery store is next door. Large children's play area. Restaurants & ice cream stands are short walking distances away. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, & constantly tidying sites.
