What a beautiful park! Our spot backed up to the Columbia River with great views. The spots are dirt but the surrounding area is grass. Hook ups are water and electric only. Each site has a picnic table. Do to the tree blocking our satellite dish, we were unable to use ourTV. Well taken care of, lots of campers this weekend, but very quiet. The park is patrolled frequently by the park rangers and is quite clean. We stayed one night. Would come back again for a longer stay.

What a gem! We found this park from our Resort Parks International book and are we ever glad we did. After leaving Hwy 20, you take a dirt road (level) for about 2 miles and arrive at this great park. You have beautiful views of the Camas Reservoir, trees at every spot, picnic table at you site on a concrete base, all back-ins, and lots of green grass. The park is beautiful and very well maintained. Super friendly people and especially enjoyed talking with the owner. We originally came for 2 days, but had to extend for another 2. If you are in the area we highly recommend you spend some time at this lovely park. Cannot wait to come again.

We stayed for 4 months, so the rate was actually a monthly rate. Believe the daily is about $35. Very nice, clean park. Large driving lanes, large sites with room for all slide outs. They have an indoor pool with a hot tub, lots of daily activities, and a golf course on site. Satellite T.V. reception is excellent, no Wi-Fi however, so we hooked up with Jabba Communication for $30 a month. Not sure what the short term charge would be. This park is conveniently located close to town, but not directly in town. You are close to the I-10 and 303 Loop. We were very pleased with our stay here. Would definitely return.

Rate does not include electricity which is rated. Very nice, very clean, spacious lots. The view of the Caballo Mountains and Lake is wonderful. Close drive to Truth or Consequences and Elephant Butte. Park has dog run, happy hour every night between 4:30 & 6:30 p.m. Owner very nice. We would come back here if in the area. Very pleased with park, very quiet.

What a great find. We actually stayed one month at this park, so the rate was $464, plus electric. The sites are very spacious with trees for shade, picnic table, room for your truck, a concrete patio and a grass lawn at your site. Super friendly staff, very welcoming. A large grassed in area for dogs to play in. Close to stores, great restaurants and other things you might need. Very quiet, in the city but far enough off the road that you do not hear traffic. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.

Out in the middle of nowhere, on Highway 412, is this little park that has 2 rows of spaces. You don't meet the owner, just take an envelope, fill it out and add money or check and put it in a slot. The rate is $10 per day, plus $2.00 each for water/electric (30 amp only) and sewer. $16.00 for full hookups. Each space has a tree, distance between sites is adequate and even though others have said the sound from the road was heavy, we did not really notice it. Nice little overnight park. If we were in the area, we would stop again.

Rate reflects Passport America discount. This is not a park you would stay in for more than a few days. There is so much to see in Dodge City that you would want to be here at least 2 nights. You drive through a very seedy area, but the park is nice enough that it really doesn't matter. The owners are very nice. The Wi-Fi was excellent, also satellite reception perfect. They have some grass/gravel sites, a few trees and lots of room to walk the dog. We would stay again should we be in the area.

Not a beautiful park, as the campground is behind the owner's home and the spaces are not cleaned up, but the owner's are delightful, and we had a nice site next to a tree with good DirecTV availability. The free Wi-Fi was super fast. It is a place you would want to spend a few days in, as the town of Valentine is very nice with hearts everywhere and the Wild Life Sanctuary and waterfalls are something you would want to see. And, you are right by a grocery and a few restaurants. Rate is Passport America. We would return here should our travels take us in this direction.

We stayed here one night. Rate reflects 10 % Koa discount. The park is very well kept. Most sites have a tree and most sites are pull thru. Extremely friendly camp hosts, very nice. We would stay here again.

Rate reflected a monthly charge. We stayed here for 2 1/2 months and are very pleased. It is also a horse farm so we were delighted to be able to walk over to the stables to visit with the horses. The sites have a very good distance between them with a picnic table at each sight. The sites are grass and are all pull through. Only 4 miles to downtown Custer, close to Mt.Rushmore and Crazy Horse Mountain. Also, the Needle Highway, Sylvan Lake, Deadwood only 1 hour away as well as Rapid City. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. We will be back next summer.

We had to stay here over a month as it was the only RV park in the area of our family's residence. Rate reflected is for a monthly rate of $425. Expect $40 back ground check (which has to be submitted prior to going to the park), and a amazing 13 page document of "rules". If staying a month or more you must contact the Electric company to have them activate your site. No laundry facilities, no pool, no amenities at all. Manager very snooty woman who is seldom around when you need information. We would not go back.

Date of Stay:

The rate is based on a monthly charge. The pool is wonderful, you can choose what kind of site you want as they have 3 rates. The higher rate gets the best sites with lots of space between them as well as a partial privacy fence, the spots get smaller should you want a more inexpensive site. The staff is friendly but very "rules" conscious. We had neighbors who frequently had parties of over 10 people or more. We talked with management who said they would not do anything as it wasn't after the quiet hours. However, we could not sit outside without hearing the constant chatter. We were there a month and this went on for the entire time we were there. A positive is that the park is very close to shopping. There are trees, but they are small and do not offer much in shade. We would consider returning only if there wasn't another place to stay in the area.

Nice, comfortable park. We were here after most snow-birds hit the road, so it wasn't crowded. Very friendly staff, great pool and hot tub. Shade trees at each site, but need to grow a little more. The Wi-Fi is in the library and is available till 8:30 p.m. The laundry room is clean but you must fill a card up to use. Makes it a bit inconvenient if the office is closed. We were close to everything in Yuma as well as Algodones in Mexico. We would stay here again. We were here a week.

Date of Stay:

We actually paid the monthly rate, which was only $50, plus electric, a special they offered March & April. Large spots with cement patios. No pool, darn, but well taken care of. We are only 40 miles from Yuma where the prices are a lot higher. You basically are in the middle of no-where, with lots of room to take long walks and pet friendly. We would stay again even for their normal price of $190 month plus electric. Friendly managers, nice clubhouse.

Date of Stay:

Price is ROD. 2 weeks free, but we would probably not stay here again, even for free. An old, aging park with little upgraded. The Wi-Fi is Tengointernet and only allowed 400 mb per day. Whoops, we went over and were banned for more than 254 hours, for goodness sake. Office only open till 2 p.m. and if you want mail delivered it is only offered for Western Horizon members. Spaces were okay with picnic table, but no cement pads.
