CAUTION: When traveling to park from I-37, do not take Southcross as there is a steep railroad crossing "hump." Military Drive is much better. This park is 3.5 mi. from the downtown Riverwalk and The Alamo, and 3/4 mi. from Mission San Jose. The park is beautifully maintained - landscaping trimmed, gravel sites raked, bathrooms, showers and laundry room very clean. A new dog area opened recently and the playground has been updated. Sites on the south end of the park (farthest from the office) are spacious with plenty of room for slideouts and a nice grass area between sites. The north end of the park is more crowded. Best to make reservations in advance as this park books up in winter and shoulder seasons. Some noise from Roosevelt Ave. (sirens, motorcycles) can be heard in the park and trains can be heard (about 1/2 mile away). This park, the upkeep, the employees, and even the long-term residents (about 20%) make you feel comfortable. We recommend this park.

What a beautiful park. Lovely landscaping has a country feel, close to Wilsonville. Costco, Target, restaurants across the street. Drive-through sites, but some tricky to get into because of landscaping. Wi-Fi only works in some areas of park. Restrooms were spotless. We stayed five nights. I lost my keys to our storage unit, reported it to the park. They called me five days later to let me know someone found my keys. They are mailing the keys to me. This park knows good customer service!

Paved roads and most pads are paved, some gravel pads in the back. Our site is in the back of the park, so road noise is not an issue. Our Wi-Fi has been excellent strength ever since we checked in. Manager who checked us in said Wi-Fi reception is excellent throughout park. Not top of the line, but not terrible either. We're enjoying our stay. Have been here a week, plan on staying two months.
