OK, so we found this park on this site, which was great. There are about 15 sites in this city park. The park is very nice with lots of activities. The sites are right on the edge of the stream that runs through the park and it is well maintained. What you have read about leveling is true, it's very tough if you have a larger RV. When we arrived it was about 3:30 PM local time. There were about 6 others here then. They were not good neighbors. Most of the folks had their RV in a site and then blocked the site next to them with their car or truck. I took the last site and pulled in so I would not have to face the Bounder that clearly had not moved in many years. There was a woman it the Bounder that did not give me that safe feeling. The Bounder has broken windows, rotting tires, towels for window shades, a sewer hose running under it. This one RV and the occupants really degrade the place. Anyway, the power did not work on that site and I had to move. Got a site with a beat up car on it, had to put up with that. Then the bounder woman came with someone and they jumped it and moved it. I was lucky and got one of the four 50 amps plugs. Lots of people were using the park and the cops came about 7:30 PM and knocked on my door to inform me of movie night. All in all a nice place that is nicely kept, with just a couple issues. Will come back if in the area.

Very nice resort in West Palm. This place in right by a water park and is very up scale. Motor homes and trailers are allowed. They have two pools, we used them both and they are great. Both are heated and very clean. Resort overall is a 10 for quality and location. We stayed for 1 month

I have been watching a new resort being built over in Gulf Shores. These guys look like they know what they are doing. I was able to go in the other day and get a brief tour. It is going to be an upscale class A ownership resort with true resort like atmosphere. The lot sizes are very large and owners can put lots of upgrades on their lot. The sales center has diagrams of outdoor kitchens, gazebos, fire pits, and a small building they call a casita. Most lots are already sold. While there I was shown info for a beach club they have an activities calendar that included free fishing excursions, wine & cheese events and pedicures! They are set to open very soon and are taking rental reservations now. This is one to keep your eye on and is certainly now the place to stay when in lower Alabama.

I would have given the park a 10 if it had concrete pads and a little privacy between sites. Other than that the location to the high way is great. It is an easy in/out. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we were allowed to choose our own site. We paid $30.00 including tax for a 50 amp full hook up site with a great view. We have a 40 ft rig with 4 slides and had no problem navigating the park to our site and was able to leave the jeep hooked up. Also I found most site are satellite friendly and cell service is great on AT&T, Verizon, & Sprint.

Very nicely maintained park. Lots are extremely nice with lighting and landscaping. Park is located behind a Water park but is not affiliated. Park is located 4 miles from the ocean and only a couple miles from good restaurants and downtown. Rates at this park are very high, reason unknown. They seem to only want monthly renters.

This place is amazing! So much to do and the lots are the best I have ever seen! We stayed in phase 3 under the Oak trees, the views are awesome! Sites are very large and have stuff like lights, fire pits and seating. We rented direct from an owner. I would highly recommend this place.

We came here via passport America. We found the woman working the check in desk to be very friendly and fully accommodating. Sites were limited and we ended up taking a site that backed up to the road. I could not get not the motor home level even after 3 try's (auto levelers), After deciding to spent the night in the downhill position I went out to hook up. I could not even come close to hook up to the sewer with my 20 foot hose. Electric and water were within reasonable reach. Then after giving up on Sewer I went inside to set up the dish. Satellite is "iffy" on the side of the street. Also I was unable to put the awning out due to a tree that was close to the coach. We left a day early on a 3 night stay because we were unhappy.

This is a nice small park located within 1 mile of Lake Greenwood. The park is an easy drive from I-26 and is 25 miles from Greenwood, SC. Sites are long, so they can handle any rig. View from our windshield was to a large field with scattered trees, Very nice! Back in lots are great. Every lot has 50 amp, water & sewer. Owner/Manager is great. I was on lot #6 and I got satellite no problem. Crazy Parrot @ T-Roys Marina is 1/4 mile away and the food is great! They also have boat access.

This park is small and has RV sites mixed in with single wide mobile homes that are rented as cottages. The park is macticulously maintained and is in great condition! There are 4 waterfront sites that are on the intercoastal. The parks offers free boat dockage with all site rentals and has a very nice dock area and boat ramp. Sites are made from crushed stone for the RV to pull onto and there are concrete pads with picnic tables at each site. Palms trees are located here and there and you can get satellite signal at every site. I will most likely return!

This park is an old KOA. It is in OK shape. Mostly snowbirds in older trailers. Sites are dirt with a small concrete patio area that has a picnic table. 50 and 30 amp hook ups are in the box and the 50 seems to be good. The park is in a great location to visit. there are good places to eat on the water and the area has the beach town atmosphere. Tax in this area is 11%, ouch!

This place is pretty good! Some of the roads coming in were tight, but not bad at all! The park is very clean and easily managed with a big rig. The office was friendly. We are in the upper campground which is an open field with pull through sites made out of crushed stone and we have full hook ups. No privacy. Also I have a Cingular cell phone and a Verizon phone. The Cingular phone has no service at all. The Verizon phone has 3 bars and connects good but drops every call! I will come back when I do not need a phone.
