Date of Stay:

Staff was very friendly and even allowed us to use their phone to make an 800 call. They have a lovely little store and gift shop. They have multiple locations for showers, rooms are heated, and showers had plenty of hot water, with a good spray. RV Park is set back from the highway and the space was very quiet. We'd definitely stay here again on future visits to Capitol Reef.

Date of Stay:

This campground is at the intersection of two busy highways. We were surprised to learn that showers were extra, even though the rate quoted was higher than for another RV park in Torrey (which includes showers in their rate). Our sleep was poor due to noise from the highways. There were only two private restroom/shower stalls for the entire campground of 33 RVs, 20 tents, and several cabins. This means if someone chooses to shave or dry their hair in one of the stalls, you have to wait outside until the stall is available. Staff was not friendly. We stayed the second night at one of the other RV parks in Torrey and were very happy there.
