Brigham City / Perry South KOA, Brigham City, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Sites very narrow . A little tricky backing into our spot. Park could be a real gem with some work. Power and water was on the wrong side for a motorhome. Electric power on the low side. Staff very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. There is a ice cream social and a nice pool. Laundry closed at 9:00 you need to have everything done by 7:00 to make sure you are done before they close. Would consider a different RV park next time even though we do a lot of KOA campgrounds. We camped at Brigham City / Perry South KOA in a Motorhome.

Beautiful park with nice sites and ours was walking distance to Sacramento River. Loved the scenery. Easy off on 5 freeway and not far from Camping world. Overall Rating:

Park was clean and site was nice with grass and trees right outside our door. Till 4:00am when a blast of water hit the side of the Motor home and ran for 30 minutes. Management was very apologetic and offered free night. We are repeat customers. We will come here again. We camped at Kit Fox RV Park in a Motorhome.

Bear Mountain RV Resort, Bakersfield, California

Overall Rating:

Very clean park. Check in by envelope in to slot. Sites large and Power was very good as it was over 90 degrees when we arrived. Quiet except for a little freeway noise. Great one night stop when on the road. Some permanent residences. We camped at Bear Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Easy off the hwy and hookups no problem. You park parallel on a road around the park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Needs a little TLC in places. Would come back again if going up to Canada. We camped at Lewis & Clark RV Park in a Motorhome.

Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

Nice sites with easy access from I-15. The pool was well landscaped and well cared for. All hookups good. The only comment I can make is the extremely large neon sign was so bright we had to keep our shades pulled down on one side. All personnel were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Small park and convenient location. Several permanent trailers. Spaces small and so narrow that if we had neighbors we could not put out slides . Park run down and we parked on asphalt. We will not return. We camped at River Walk RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice people. Easy access. Good one night stop over. The park is next to a truck stop so you could hear engines running. We were parked on asphalt. We will stay here again. Cash or check only. We camped at Friendly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Balboa RV Park (formerly Birmingham RV Park), Van Nuys, California

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Don't come here if your rig is over 24' long. All streets are narrow and sites are short. They have cars parked everywhere. Not a 1-2 night stop over because it took several attempts to get into our spot with our 30' RV. Old park with lots of permanent trailers. Electrical is just an outlet 3" from ground with no breaker. Water faucet is inches away. Cords & cables laying on the ground. After 1 day we had ants. We will not stay here again. We camped at Balboa RV Park (formerly Birmingham RV Park) in a Motorhome.

South Forty RV Ranch (55+ Park), Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: November, 2011 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

Easy access to freeway but interior roads narrow. Charged extra to use credit card but staff friendly. Sites small and we barely fit. Water flowed with rust in it. Didn't hook up. Pull through sites at the very back with the units in storage and road narrow and hard to maneuver around parked vehicles. It appears run down. Trains most of the night and they blow their horns. Will not camp here again. We camped at South Forty RV Ranch (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.
