Southern Oaks Luxury RV Resort, Aransas Pass, Texas

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for work for approximately 6 weeks. The park is one of the cleansest and best layed out parks I've stayed in. Management is constantly working to maintain and improve the resort any way they can. The clubhouse is available for activities, pool and privacy is super. Many upgrades to the park are being made to accommodate more visitors. Will stay here again when working in the area. Rate was monthly. We camped at Southern Oaks Luxury RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I cannot say enough about this park. This is one of the nicer parks we've ever stayed at. Concrete level pads, utilities very close, no issues with slides, great staff, beautiful park, easy in and out. Will stay here again. We camped at Westlake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Lafayette KOA, Scott, Louisiana

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

This park is great for small coaches. We stayed in a pull through spot that had an oak tree that leaned over the spot to the point that it touches your camper on the driver side. Almost impossible to pull in. Several of the pull through sites were this way. It's an old park, very clean, very friendly staff. In and out is a little difficult due to construction, but for the most part its nice. Won't stay again due to the fact that the sites are just too small We camped at Lafayette KOA in a Motorhome.

We camp here quite often and almost always have a great time. We camped in site 83 this time, great location, easy access to pier and the water, easy backing in, lots of room. This is an old campground but kept up. This sited was level and required no additional equipment.. We camped at Paul B. Johnson State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Cajun Palms RV Resort, Henderson, Louisiana

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great campground, especially for kids. Our site was directly across from the small water park there on site. We were there all week and for the most part it wasn't crowded, until the weekend, of course. We were in site 156 which seemed to be the only site that flooded after the rain. We had an inch of water when surrounding sites had already dried up. The showers and bath house was great, easy access all around. Will stay here again. We camped at Cajun Palms RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Pine Mountain RV Park, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Date of Stay: November, 2011 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

I can only think of one negative about this campground and it's not even the owners fault. The wireless internet can be patchy if someone else has a Wi-Fi hot spot. Other than that, this is the perfect park! The concrete pads are level, in great shape, and easily pulled into. These are some of the cleanest and most up to date facilities we've found. The showers, restrooms and laundry receive great attention and were always clean. Trash pickup each morning was very handy. Access to the main road can be hard to navigate, one suggestion is to take the back streets, or leave a little earlier as the parkway is always crowded. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Raccoon Mountain RV Park & Campground, Chattanooga, Tennessee

Date of Stay: November, 2011 - $49.00

Just about the only negative comment about this park would be the unlevel site. Aside from that, everything was great. Spacious sites, beautiful views, clean convenient facilities. Will stay here again. We camped at Raccoon Mountain RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
