Madison KOA, De Forest, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We liked this park. It is clean with a nice playground area. Our site was level and had a shade tree and nice grass between the lots. The lots are average size and most, perhaps all, are pull thru. We were only here one night but would stay again. We camped at Madison KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Egg Harbor Campground, Egg Harbor, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

If you are not a fan of camp fire wood smoke, then this is not the place for you This is truly a "camping" ground... lots of small campers and tents. However, the sites are clean and level. Most sites are heavily treed, which make for poor/nonexistent TV reception; no cable. Swimming pool area and laundry room very nice and clean. Despite the campground being nearly full, it was very quiet at night. Given that there are lots of campgrounds to choose from in the area, we would probably not stay here again. We camped at Egg Harbor Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Cane 9 Creek RV Park, Heflin, Alabama

Date of Stay: December, 2011 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

This is a small park but it had good roads, level sites and good Wi-Fi. We just stayed overnight but it was a good place to stop, at a good price. We camped at Cane 9 Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Little Rock North / Jct. I-40 KOA, North Little Rock, Arkansas

Date of Stay: November, 2011 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Price reflects discounts and taxes. This an older park. The roads were ok and our site was level with average size lots. It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Little Rock and the Clinton Library. One negative about this park is that it is close to the interstate and a little noisy, but you won't notice it if your windows are closed. It's an ok place to stay but perhaps a little overpriced for a November off season rate. Cable TV was good and Wi-Fi was a little slow, but adequate. We camped at Little Rock North / Jct. I-40 KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

The Barnyard RV Park, Lexington, South Carolina

Date of Stay: November, 2011 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Price reflects discount and taxes. This park has good roads, nice size lots and a helpful staff. We stayed overnight on our way to Charleston. The back portion appeared to have a lot of long term trailers but overall the park is clean and a good place to stay. We camped at The Barnyard RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Oak Plantation Campground, Charleston, South Carolina

Date of Stay: November, 2011 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Price reflects discount and taxes. This is a great park with large spaces, good roads, level sites and beautiful trees. This is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. It's an easy drive to downtown Charleston, approx. 10 miles. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. This is the only park that I have ever given a 10 rating. We camped at Oak Plantation Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Campground at Barnes Crossing, Tupelo, Mississippi

Date of Stay: November, 2011 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice park with a lot of trees. The sites are level and most are pull through with good interior roads. Other positives are very quiet, close to restaurants and shopping. Price is after discount and taxes. We camped at Campground at Barnes Crossing in a Fifth Wheel.
