Surfside RV & Resort, Port Aransas, Texas

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Decent park if your camping in a little red wagon! Sites are realllllly close. I guess the park was designed for small travel trailers. Anything bigger than our 26 foot trailer and you will be in trouble. Awnings touching, slideouts touching. No room to stretch out and relax. Staff friendly except for one rude workamper, thinks he owns the place and not very good at his job. We camped at Surfside RV & Resort in a Travel Trailer.

On The Beach RV Park, Port Aransas, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Sites are too tight to enjoy. When it rains you walk around in ankle deep water in most of park. Restrooms and showers are old and dingy, appear to have been built in the 50's. Most of staff okay except for one that thinks she owns the park and makes life miserable on daily basis. Owner is a nice lady, needs to evaluate her help as it is costing her business. Most of buildings in park are falling down around themselves. Lot's of rules for campers but an angry staff to deal with. Park needs to close. We camped at On The Beach RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Hoquiam River RV Park, Hoquiam, Washington

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of the best managed parks we have used. The managers made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. The on-site RV repair service was great for us since we had an a/c motor lock up. They ordered the motor, installed it and cleaned both units at a more than fair price. The park is clean and well maintained. The view of the river and the walking path adjacent to it are beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. They are also very pet friendly. This is a great jumping off point for area beaches and parks. We camped at Hoquiam River RV Park in a Motorhome.

Logan Landing RV Resort & Campground, Alpine, Alabama

Date of Stay: March, 2012 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice people running the park. Fantastic lake on site, good fishing no license required. Pull through sites need better access, roads a little narrow and rutted out due to heavy rains in area. We will stay there again. We camped at Logan Landing RV Resort & Campground in a Motorhome.

Duck Creek RV Park, Paducah, Kentucky

Date of Stay: November, 2011 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

I have stayed at this park on three trips and have enjoyed each visit more than the last. Super owners and employees. Long level sites for even biggest rigs. Close to interstate and city. Propane on site. Owners are animal lovers. Free cable TV and Wi-Fi. All facilities are clean and everything has always worked at the site. We camped at Duck Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.
