We stayed for several weeks in our 5'ver. Check in is fast, no escort to site but sites are easy to find and to back in to. Mostly back in sites but about 10 pull throughs. Sites are mostly level gravel. Plenty of room in both type sites for those 45 footers. No dog run, but plenty of places to walk them. Nice and quiet. No road noise at all. They divergent cars, ATVs. All sites have fire pits and they sell firewood on site. Nice stay.

Nice large park but tough for large rigs. Sites are typically not level, Wi-Fi is too weak, and the water pressure is low. It is crowded with sites too close, and noisy in the summer. It is rated as Coast to Coast Premium-but should be Classic. Only one 50 amp site available in the main park with old wiring. 50 amp available on the hill (called the parking lot) in all of the sites there. A pool available but is small and crowded. Hot tubs (2) work some of the time. No fire mitigation in the park even with two major fires within 10 miles in the past year.

We stayed at this wonderful park and just loved it. All the vintage RVs and furnishings in the club house were quite nostalgic. Convenient to all of Albuquerque (ABQ) sites and services.
