Very nice for stopover in Lubbock area...easy to find ....very nice check in ..level sites.

Very nice park run by city. Long level sites. Easy check in. Best value in town.

I've seen this park from the highway many times and now glad to have used it. This is a very nice park for traveling to and from east to the Rockies or the other way. Sites are level, easy to get into and very nice people running things. Will definitely use this place again and recommend to travelers between Raton and Clayton.

Was towed in here after breakdown on I-20. Ladies in office offered the driver choice of several sites to put our fiver in so he could exit with tow vehicle and our pickup. They allowed us to renew each day until our truck was ready. Nice sites, level, easy in and out. Daily trash pickup, hair salon on site, and on weekends a huge flea market to roam. Also, this park has good shade. All of the metroplex attractions are within reach. We will use it again when visiting the DFW area.

Some might grade off for no wifi or sewer at site, but this is a campground and it's a dandy. Just like the others along the Arkansas River, this place is beautiful and very well maintained. Can't miss with this one.

Nice park..level pull through sites....wifi....not far from town. Easy maneuvering....only drawback for some people might be highway noise...didn't bother us...Jules's than 5 minutes to town...good price and nice lady in office. Would recommend.

What can you say bad about this place? Everything here from the ladies at check in to the sites are top notch. The only cons I can see (and they aren't worth mentioning but somebody might like to know) are the lower limbs on some of the trees bear watching while backing in. And depending on how far you are from the routers, the WiFi signal can be weak. Just to tell you how popular this park is: getting a reservation requires good timing. They are generally booked. One of the best in Rockport.

Very nice COE park that was recently renovated. Easy sites to back in, with beautiful live oaks. Easy drive to Brenham for the Blue Bell Creamery tour and also close to the Antique Rose emporium. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure what the negative reviewers were talking about. I found this campground very nice. It's a campground and not a resort. The lady checking us in was very nice, the campground was full but quiet, the site was easy to back into, the place was clean. Yes, the roads could use some repair, but they are not that bad. The rule about gate closing is posted, so come back early. If not you can park at on of the ball fields and maybe walk 100 to 200 yards to the campers. There is no sewer connections, but there is a dump station. Unless you are staying a long time or you have several people in your camper, this shouldn't be a problem. The rate I paid was for seniors; it's double that for others.

This is definitely a park going on my always go to list. Easy to find and maneuver and the best part are the owners. Very friendly and helpful folks which makes you enjoy the stay before you even unhook. Whether you are looking for a one night stop in Raton or you want to explore the Raton-Trinidad area for a few days, you won't beat this park in the area.

I can't find a reason not to consider this a 10. There's not a bad site in the park. Very beautiful and quiet. One might not like it for the lack of sewer hookup or Wi-Fi but this is a campground, not a RV resort. Will definitely be back and looking forward to it. All sites level, we'll spaced and very easy to back into.

Heard a lot of good stuff about this park and it's all true. It's pretty, the sites are level, the staff is excellent. I'm sure we will be back. If they had wi-fi, it would beat most "resorts".

Good rate for this overnight park run by the city. Sites are level and easy to hit. Easy on and off of freeway. Only drawbacks for some might be there is no bath or restrooms and you will hear freeway traffic if you don't shut your windows and have the air on. I would use it again anytime when visiting Wichita Falls or on my way through.

Very friendly owner. Clean, safe and easy to find. Not a resort, but a good place to spend a night or two. The mobile home part is on the outside area and the RV spaces are in the middle. Mostly workers in the homes, but a quiet place and the owner lives on the premises. Wi-Fi, cable, and full hookups at a good rate. Will use this place again when in the area.

Very good overnight stop or even for a few days if you have business in the area. Hospitable staff, clean, level pull throughs and a decent price. We use it on the way down and back from South Texas.
