This small park is convenient and close to all attractions. It has clean facilities and the fees were good at $31 per night (Passport America rate). However, the suggestions from other reviewers, that there was "some noise" is an understatement. The park is right beside the I-5 and the noise was horrendous, except from about 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. in the morning. The other drawback is that the access road has "dips" and coming into and out of the park we hit out stairs because of the dip at the curb. We had to do repairs on them. Also watch the trees surrounding the park. We hit one of them as well. The park does not require a deposit, but charges a $25 cancellation fee on reservations. We stayed here for 4 nights and then left for a quieter park where we were happy to pay more.

This is a nice clean park and we have stayed here before in 2009. We came here with friends because we had found it very satisfactory in the past. However, the Wi-Fi does not work and the office gave us an excuse that they have to use satellite technology because of the surrounding farms. I am sure a service provider like Tengonet would be able solve their problems. I would gladly pay a fee for the service. During our stay the power went out, and was out all night affecting our heat, water heater and refrigeration. The office has no backup for the power outage and reported in the morning that a circuit breaker had tripped. This was a major inconvenience. The owners should do more to ensure that they offer services that campers expect for this price. We would not stay here again.
