This is a nice little park. Owner was very nice. Large site with plenty of room. The rate was the weekly rate. We will stay there again.

This is a beautiful RV resort. and when they call this an RV RESORT..They actually mean it.They have beautiful facilities. Very well laid out and thought out resort. 2 swimming pools and 2 hot tubs, both are gorgeous. Beautiful laundry room and "PRIVATE" shower rooms if you wanted to use them. The rec hall is very nice, pool tables and a game room, They have a FREE waffle breakfast EVERY weekday morning.! Plus they do dinners with "free wine" every Wednesday evening and Every Friday evening they have a happy hour with "free wine". They have a winery right on the property also. The WiFi is excellent, and you can get all the main TV channels on your regular antenna. We travel and live in our RV full-time and this is one of the nicest, most reasonable RV parks we've ever stayed in. LOVE IT

This is a very nice very well laid out RV park. It was very well maintained and very clean. The service and management were excellent. We stayed a month so this rate is for monthly. The WiFi is very good and cable is amazing 75 channels plus. It's very quiet there, but basically right in town and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. It's also only 10 miles from St. George and only 25 miles from Zion N.P. We enjoyed our stay there very much. We live and travel full-time in our RV and this is a very good stop. The only reason for an 8 instead of a 10 is NO pool or hot tub.

This is a nice park the utilities were good, the WiFi was good and we had great cable TV. The location is great just south of town in Moab. Still very close to everything you want to go see. The sites were nice enough and level and big enough. The down side for us was , no pool or hot tub. This is a very family friendly park they have a play ground and they have tent camping. The rate we put down was for a monthly stay. and we would go back again, we would just rather go to a place with a pool and hot tub. We travel and live full-time in our RV.

This place is the best. We do this full time. In other words we live in our RV all the time. For the last 3 and a half years. We go to a lot of RV parks. This is not a resort, but it clean, nice laid out well and has a huge pond that's 101°F, all the time. It's a mineral spring. This place is quite, nice, fantastic, and it's my all-time favorite RV park.

It's OK ...just OK. It's called "Bandon By The Sea" but it's 2 or 3 miles away from the coast. Not really anywhere near the "Sea", "ocean", or water of any kind. The Wi-Fi was TengoInternet, so you already know how bad that is. The cable was good and the sites were of decent size. Laundry nice and the staff very friendly. We really like the area a lot but we'd prefer to stay "by the sea".

The rate was for the weekly rate. The utilities, cable, and Wi-Fi are all excellent. The restrooms, showers and laundry were all modern and clean, $1 for wash and dry. The sites are very nice and pretty good size, The all are asphalt with shrubs and small trees in between. Very good layout and a great view of the water and the beautiful bridge. Busy here during the summer so make reservations far in advance for that time. Other than that doesn't seem very busy. It's our second time here in the last 4 years. We really like the town of Newport and the surrounding area is beautiful.

Very nice, well manicured park. Wi-Fi was so-so. They have a hot tub. No kiddy playground or anything that would make it family friendly. They only have a few pull-throughs; the rest are all back-ins. The sites are only big enough for a motorhome and toad. Not big enough for a trailer or 5er and tow rig. You end up parking under your awning; they don't really have extra parking. And you can park on your grass strip. And they are pretty pricey for what you actually get. The ocean and beach are across a very busy Highway 101 and down a 100 ft embankment. You end up having to cross this very busy highway then walk about 2 blocks then go down 100 steps to get to the beach area. We probably will not stay in this park again.

This is a really great RV park. I wish we could have stayed longer. Really nice pull-throughs, all paved with grass in between each unit and some room too. VERY reasonably priced. The casino is nice too with a 6 movie theater and really good buffet. They have a shuttle service to bring you to and from the casino back and forth to the RV park. It's all of about a half mile away. We would love to go back here and stay a month. great views of Cabbage mountain.

I'm pretty tired of these KOA parks, You think they'll be OK. Some of them are, but a lot of them really suck. You make a reservation and then your stuck. They charge you if you cancel and if you get there and don't like the set up they charge you for the night anyways. This KOA has back to back and front to front pull-through sites. So when you walk out of your rig your looking right at some other campers about 8' away and when you put your slides out then your only about a foot away from the rig on the other side of you.

This park is only average at best. It's an old KOA with a pool and such but no hot tub, and the Internet only works if your right next to the office. The rate for overnight is way too high for what you are getting. Yes, they have showers and laundry. Just not very impressed for a park that thinks they should get $43 for parking overnight. Also the old lady at the counter talked on and on with the folks in front of me for over 20 minutes while I waited about where they're going next and when they're next doctors appointment would be, all while I stand there waiting. Next time I'll boondock at the Wal-Mart; it's only a mile away.

A very nice and clean park, clean pool and restrooms, and laundry area. All pull-through sites. The long term sites are a bit larger than the week-or-less site, but all are very nice. Very friendly and helpful crew and close to just about everything in the area. We stayed there for a week and will come back anytime in the area again.

This is a truly nice campground. We stay in many and we will come back to this one when we travel through the area again. We live full-time in our 5th wheel, so we really appreciate a nice spot when we find it. Very friendly staff, clean park, pool, and restrooms. Very nice little store as well.

This is a nice campground, friendly staff, very accommodating. They have a little grill/restaurant on the property. They want you to make reservations and pay for your entire stay upfront.....We payed the monthly rate and stayed 1 month. They have a laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers. They have some nice sites here, however they have some sites on the water that are only about 15 feet wide. If we came back here we would ask for site 46. It's not on the water, but is much larger with some shade trees. The little town is a very quaint little fishing village with several decent restaurants, and it's only 1.3 miles away. You can ride your bikes or even walk if you'd care to. They have a liquor store and market, however, to do bigger shopping you have to go 25 miles into Chiefton. The place isn't actually on the ocean or Gulf of Mexico, it's on a bay so there's not a beach or any waves. There is a beautiful sunset view.

The lake they mention is merely a dug pond, not that it's bad or anything. The camp is nice and very accommodating for a over night stop, or longer. We only stayed 1 night here on our way to Florida. They will make you a pizza and deliver it to your rig. This is a typical KOA, a little hilly but not a problem for our 37' 5er.
