Date of Stay:

A big dog eared, but good overall. Helpful staff. Asked for a pull thru after we arrived and they obliged for $3.50 more per nite - Back in would have been $23.50. We were assigned one of the 4 concrete pads - luck of draw!

Date of Stay:

A bit muddy after snow melted. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Site was a pull thru with easy leave in am access. Would stay here again. Restaurant on site open for breakfast and 5:30 pm for dinner.

Date of Stay:

Excellent service and staff. Clean with good policies. Site was large with clean gravel and lots of room.

Date of Stay:

A snowbird park, well manicured with friendly staff - Was, maybe still is Coast to Coast. Accessible to Phoenix and a good jump off point to Quartzsite where we go to next. Also adjacent to AZ85 to circumvent PHX heading East. We stayed a week (weekly rate by day quoted) - - would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Clean, accessible to I-10. We have been here before in evening and it was wall to wall - 3 PM was very light. Sites are level gravel with lots of room. Cable and wifi were down.

Date of Stay:

New owners - renamed park and really put their heart into its' operation, etc. Long pull thru, level gravel sites with some smaller trees but not yet obstructing satellite tv. Type of tree may never grow tall enough to block. Owners installed cable and VERY good wifi. We WILL stay here again - rate did include Passport discount and was actually $16.50.

It deserves the 10-10-10 rating by Woodall's!! Everything works including cable and wifi - super nice staff. Nice extra touch of rock areas where water would accumulate in heavy rain - to eliminate any mud. When it's raining we search for concrete pad sites!!

Date of Stay:

Well designed, great staff. very clean, good cable. Overall great rv park, 3 miles off I-10. We came here because it was raining and didn't want to be in a "mudder" CG which are up the road towards San Antonio. We wanted concrete pads and our site is a pull thru.

Date of Stay:

Well laid out with some concrete pads (extra $) but mainly grass sites - pretty level and solid. Good cable and decent WiFi.

Date of Stay:

Easy access and very clean, we had pull thru (actually not concrete but paved). We will stay here again and have done so in past.

Date of Stay:

A bit dog eared, but not unsightly. Staff pleasant and accommodating - sites on grass/gravel and since it rained - did not use jacks - a bit out of level, but ok. Convenient to everything - Exit out back gate (uses code) saves cuss words learned/used if left turn from entrance needed during departure. Study the roads out back gate and it's simple and pleasant - except when classes at nearby HS getting out or !!! Will stay here again. Passport ends on 12/31 for season.

Date of Stay:

Stayed here 6 nights with a rally. Very clean and neat with nice staff. Only negative is that trees give such great cover, it's dark in daytime. Sometimes a positive. Hooking up toad is a bit of a challenge, but OK.

Date of Stay:

Stay here often for one-nighters - convenient to I-75 and they accept Passport America. Super staff who assigned us a site with satellite access. Always a great stay.

Beautiful setting and park. Gravel/grass sites easy to level with jacks. Good WiFi, We asked for site to receive Direct tv and we got it. Friendly staff and overall well kept. Gates locked at night but PW is given to open gate for after 8 pm reentry.

Friendly staff, clean sites on asphalt pads, decent Wi-Fi, accessible to I-95 and convenient to islands. Will stay here again. Also great restaurant recommendations.
