Silverline Resort, Winthrop, Washington

Date of Stay: October, 2006 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

LOVED IT!!!! What a wonderful park. Clean, quiet, spacious sights. The only downfall is while we were there they had just put chemicals in the lake so we could not fish or go in the water, not a big deal to us. The owners very friendly and helpful. Close enough to town to walk. The kids took advantage of the putt putt golf. We will be back!!! We camped at Silverline Resort in a Travel Trailer.

MarDon Resort, Othello, Washington

Date of Stay: August, 2006 - $30.00

This is one of the dirtiest most crammed in rv parks I have ever been to. We were warned it was a "dump" but way worse then we ever imagined. The staff was very friendly but it does not make up for everything else. The sights are so small even our tiny travel trailer had a problem getting in. Kids, pets, cars, bikes even adults are running loose around the park. I cant even begin to explain what a "pit hole" this place is. The bugs are horrible too. I would SO reccomend the state park over this place. We would never go back. We camped at MarDon Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Pacific Beach State Park, Pacific Beach, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

If you love the ocean and no trees this is the place for you. It is very clean, green and wide open. Great for people watching. Sites are close together but you have a huge beach and ocean out your door so who cares. No campfires at your site but you can have them on the beach. Lots of space for kids to play and ride bikes. It can be VERY windy there. A short walk to town with a couple cute shops and restaurants. It was GREAT! We camped at Pacific Beach State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Dash Point State Park, Federal Way, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Nice shaded park. Lots of hiking trails and small beach area. Most sites are private, small, lots of dirt and no grass. Picnic tables in very poor shape. They dont keep good track of how many people they allow per site. One site had 4 tents and about 12 people, caused for lots of traffic and people around. The location to the city is great. Within in 10 minutes you can be at Wild Waves, Se Tac Mall and Tacoma. We camped at Dash Point State Park in a Motorhome.

Grayland Beach State Park, Grayland, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2006 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

A wonderfully located park with most sights steps from the beach. Very private spacious quiet sights, all located in a loop of about 7 sites per loop. Great place for kids to ride bikes and play. Very well cared for. Lots to do with a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. Westport is about a 10 minute drive north. This park is by far the nicest of any others in the area. We camped at Grayland Beach State Park in a Travel Trailer.

We loved this park. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to town. Very clean, well cared for and orderly. Our campsite was very spacious and with lots of trees. The only downfall was how dirty the bathrooms were. I am so glad we only had to use them once. We camped at Cannon Beach RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Deception Pass State Park, Oak Harbor, Washington

Date of Stay: April, 2006 - $21.00

A beautiful state park that has it all. Hiking, biking, swimming, fishing with the lake and sound within easy walking distance. It was a very clean park with many trees and bunnys hopping around. Some sites were a little muddy so we asked for a different site, they were very willing to make this change for us. We camped at Deception Pass State Park in a Travel Trailer.
