Elma RV Park, Elma, Washington

Date of Stay: August, 2007 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

At first appearance the park looks fine. The spaces up front close to the office are obviously better maintained for high end RV's. Once inside the park a different look takes shape, the place is loaded with old, rundown and un-kept trailers, motorhome, and other vehicles. The park could use a serious cleanup, and maintenance. Junky looking, will not return. We camped at Elma RV Park in a Motorhome.

Clinton / Knoxville North KOA, Clinton, Tennessee

Date of Stay: June, 2006 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Nice stop over campground, sites are really close together, vehicle washing is not permitted in park, however a private company owned by full time residents of the park is available to wash your RV, for a $10.00 water use fee, plus $3.00 a foot. Why not charge the visitors the fee to wash their own RV, seems to be a little conflict of interest $$$. One benefit of the campground is the nearby Museum of the Appalachia. A must see. We camped at Clinton / Knoxville North KOA in a Motorhome.

The Crosseyed Cricket, Lenoir City, Tennessee

Date of Stay: June, 2006 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Access road is pretty narrow for a big rig and tree overhang damage is to be expected, campground has a lot of semi permanent residents. First section closest to the office is especially difficult to maneuver into while looking for a spot. Site marking is poor once inside campground, they advertise for big rigs, but don't seem to have enough room for multible slide outs. There was a tent in the first 50amp pull thru, wasn't impressed, won't return We camped at The Crosseyed Cricket in a Motorhome.
