We had a very level space (#4) with a picnic table and grassy area. We stayed for a full month and were pleased that we were given a spot so close to the laundry, showers and office. All facilities were modern and extremely clean. Wi-Fi was excellent. There is a dollar store and a Sara Lee bakery outlet across the street. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and well managed park. Would definitely return.

Bec's Store and RV Park is in a lovely area in the scenic hill country about 6 miles north of Concan, TX. Bec's is only a couple miles from Garner State Park and access to the Frio River. The campground is well shaded by beautiful oak and pecan trees and the sites are very large, well groomed and level. The managers were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would stay here again.

Please DO NOT confuse this crummy RV park with the much better Comanche Land RV Park. The Comanche Motel RV Park is located in a very rough looking area inside the town of Fort Stockton. This so called RV park is nothing more than a dirt lot behind the Comanche Motel. You can't see this from the street or we would have kept right on going. When we arrived it was getting dark and we were tired. The girl in the motel office quoted us a rate of $15 and said their rate included cable TV and Wi-Fi. We thought what the heck, it's only for one night. The girl's mother directed us behind the motel and we were shocked to find ourselves bouncing through a dirt lot that was rougher than a washboard. There was a lot of trash and debris in the area as well. There were quite a few campers staying there and they were quite friendly, however, we still felt compelled to sleep with a gun within easy reach. The only reason I gave this place a rating of 3 out of 10 is for the cable and Wi-Fi which worked very well.
