This is an old KOA. No paving anywhere. Very bumpy dirt roads. We parked in a big grassy area with tons of sand. Our motorhome was filthy inside and out after our 3 night stay. No Wi-Fi although they advertised they had it. We had Verizon and AT&T air cards and neither worked. No internet on our smart phones either. They did have great cable TV. Bathrooms were very old but neat and clean. They had a very small pool and a kids play area. The best part is that our site was huge, more than long enough for our 41 foot motorhome with Jeep in tow, it was very wide as well. Check in went smoothly and the office staff was very helpful and friendly. We would not stay here again due to the sand, dust and dirt.

We were very disappointed in this park. From the moment we arrived it was bad. They had messed up our reservation, it took them 2 hours to figure out what to do, while we waited. Then we had to go to one site for the first night and move to another the second night. The whole park was very tight. Our 40' motor home took up the entire length of the site and we had to park on the road in front of it. Everyone else did the same which made getting the RV in and out almost impossible. They claimed to have Wi-Fi but it didn't work. The staff was very hassled and out of control. All in all not a pleasant experience. We will not be back.

One of the nicest parks we have ever stayed at. Big paved sites, beautiful big pool, plus 2 smaller pools and very new and clean restrooms and showers. Lots of activities, like dinners and parties during the season. This is an ownership resort with lots of rental sites. Renters are treated same as owners and can participate in all activities. Everyone is very nice and friendly. There is a small golf course that can be used at no charge. We had a great stay and will return!

This is a big and beautiful class A only RV park. It was a mobile home park that was recently converted to an RV resort where the lots are for sale. It is a French Canadian resort, but they welcome others. Everything is in French and everyone is French. The sites are huge and paved, roads are wide and paved. Sites have no picnic tables or anything else. No Wi-Fi. The surrounding area is a bit rough, you would not want to walk outside the park at night but the park is gated. They have 2 big pools, one adults only. The only reason I didn't give them a better rating was that the check in was a real hassle. First they have no place to park and check in. Then we had to wait a long time to get help. They sent us to a site that already had a motorhome on it. When we went back, we had to wait while they found someone to go out and confirm that the site was occupied! After about an hour, we finally got put into and empty site. Maybe the language difference was the problem.
