Fox Den Acres, New Stanton, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Excellent the staff are very helpful and very friendly. Cable is great and the WiFi is excellent. This is a campground not a resort well maintained and natural at the same time. Fishing lake wooded trails ball field and wildlife aplenty. Playground for the kids and acres to walk the dog. Interesting store and friendly folk can't go wrong here. We camped at Fox Den Acres in a Fifth Wheel.

Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground, Yuma, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Your stay will begin with a wonderful cheery greeting at the counter. The paperwork you receive is very good, well thought out, and helpful. When it comes to help these folks can't do enough for you. A quiet park, very relaxing and fishing in their pond is fun. Shiloh National Park is an hour away and very interesting. Sheriff Buford Pusser's home and museum is just down the road {Walking Tall}. I can recommend this park without reservation. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Alderwood RV Express, Mead, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Called for directions to the "resort" and were given them. Some traffic lights we were told, more like 30 as we were taking our 39 ft. 5th wheel through Spokane proper. We were told upon arrival this is the only way to get here due to construction. Don't bother unless you like that kind of congestion. Upon arrival the young woman was businesslike, not unfriendly, but no warm greeting either. We drove here because they had cable, not at our site didn't work. When reporting it at the office I was told "I'll tell the owner", end of discussion. The site looks like a hallway - talk about tight these sites are ridiculous. If you have a small pull behind with small slides okay, but everything else forget about it. The office hours are 8:30 to 5:30 talk about bankers hours. You will find no one after 5:30 period. What is here is very nice, but no one seems to care about customers. My cable was fixed the next day, but nobody bothered to tell me. Oh, and the cable doesn't carry the major broadcast networks, ABS,CBS or NBC or FOX for those you go to the trouble of reprogramming to antenna. Want a cable program reprogram to cable, what a joke. These folks don't seem to care about customers and I just couldn't leave soon enough. We camped at Alderwood RV Express in a Fifth Wheel.

Rondee's Campground, Mitchell, South Dakota

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Overnight is alright, but this place is very poorly maintained - trash blowing through the park, overflowing dumpsters. What grass that was cut was slipshod. It is obvious that no one is concerned about this place. Wouldn't stay there again. We camped at Rondee's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Chris' Camp, Spearfish, South Dakota

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This is a delightful place to stay. The owners and staff are terrific, they will help you with everything from tour planning to pet care. They make you feel welcome from the first step through the office door. The facilities are immaculate and obviously constantly maintained. They take no credit/debit cards, but your personal check is fine. I would never stay anywhere but here when in the area. We look forward to returning. We camped at Chris' Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

KOC Kampground, New Iberia, Louisiana

Date of Stay: December, 2011 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

People are friendly, but somewhat aloof. Most campers seemed to be workmen not vacationers. Facilities are somewhat dated, time for refurbishment. Kept as clean as possible. Staff are friendly. No activities, if you are a person looking to make friends and have activities with them, not the park for you. Camped here 1 month next time elsewhere. More resort oriented next time. We camped at KOC Kampground in a Fifth Wheel.
