We spent 8 days in a site near the beach. Our rate of $27.00 was a reduced rate because of the time of year. Rates increase as the peak summer season approaches. The arcade, water park, & Trading Post(store) were not open yet. This is a hugh park with good security. You must pass through a security check point when entering the park. Security also patrols the park on golf carts. You have access to the beach from the park. There are many clean restrooms/showers spaced throughout the park. Sites are all level & sand covered. All roads are paved. Sites are all back in with the power/water pedestals located at the back so 2 sites can share the pedestal. Each pedestal has a 30 & 50 amp receptacle. Sewer receptacles are not located at the extreme rear of the site, but are located toward the rear portion of the site. Bagged garbage is placed next to your site marker & is picked up daily. Our wifi worked well. The park has many privately owned park models toward the front. Most of the daily RV sites are located toward the rear of the campground near the beach. This park is managed in a very professional manner & we would definitely return. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

This is a nice clean park located next to a motel(check in at the motel office). We have found that most RV parks at motels tend to be a row of sites in a dusty area behind the motel. That is definitely not the case here. This park is a totally separate location next door to the motel. Most of the sites are pull thrus. The perimeter sites are back in. The bath house is clean & contains 2 each showers, lavatory, & toilets. The laundry is also in the same building & contains 5 washers & 5 dryers. Cost is $1.50 to wash & $1.50 to dry. There appeared to be a few long term residents. All sites were clean & clutter free. Utility pedestals were located about midway on the sites. Electric was good & water pressure was good. Wifi worked very well. Cable tv was very good & had approximately 25 HD channels. Staff was very friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in this area.

This is a large park on the edge of the Ocala National Forest & very close to Lake Oklawaha. Not sure if the park has access to the lake shoreline. This park does attract many ATV owners to ride the trails in the national forest. Sites are grass/sand covered. Some sites are shady & some sites are sunny. There are also some privately owned sites that usually have some improvements on them (pavers/patios) that are not available. There are some sites that are reasonably level, but many sites that are unlevel to varying degrees. The power pedestals/water connections are at the back of the sites. The sewer connection on many lots are an unusually long distance from the pad site. Electric worked well, but water pressure was very low. Cable tv is only available in the clubhouse. We turned our OTA antenna to 210* & were able to receive the 4 major networks in HD. Wifi worked well in the mornings, but was very slow in the evenings. Baths & showers were very clean. Laundry room appears to have been recently remodeled, but only has 4 washers & 2 dryers. The clubhouse is a large building that contains a pool table, cornhole boards, & a nice looking pool outside. It's 21 miles to Walmart in Palatka. This trip includes a 3 mile stretch of unpaved road. Inquire at the office for directions. The roads in the park are all paved. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

This is an Escapees Rainbow Park. The primary reason for our visit was to take advantage of the Smart Weigh program. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the weighing procedure & would recommend this to anyone who is concerned about the weight of their unit. This was the busy season so the only sites available were 30 amp daily sites. Sites were long, spacious, & grass/sand covered. There's a lot of trees, so most sites have some shade. The park has no wifi & the only OTA network was ABC. AT&T cell signal is very weak & not really usable. We were told Verizon & Sprint phones work well. The park is located approximately 1 1/4 miles east of I-75. There is no road noise from I-75, but some early morning truck traffic on CR 673 in front of the park. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Overnight stay on our way south. About 1 mile south of I-10 (no road noise) with easy access. Sites are nicely spaced & all are pull thrus. Entire campground is wooded. Good OTA tv from Tallahassee, but satellite could be a challenge with the trees. Main building contains a small store with a nice variety of items. Shower facilities are very nice & located in the main building. Very friendly & helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an older campground located approximately 18 miles from downtown Savannah. The entrance is located at a gas station/convenience store. The office is located in the rear portion of the convenience store. Our site was located in the lower rear section of the campground. The site was a long pull thru, but was somewhat narrow. Hookups were conveniently located. Cable tv & wifi worked ok. While not the most convenient location to Savannah, we enjoyed the quieter rural location. We would probably stay here again on our next trip to Savannah.

This is a large campground with most sites being pull thrus. Our site was toward the rear(row NN) and was far enough back from Hwy. 17 that we heard no road noise. Sites were level, utilities all worked well, and cable tv/wifi were good. Staff was very professional and very knowledgeable about the area. Due to the size of the park, there are many speed bumps that work very well to reduce vehicle speeds. It can be very difficult to turn left out of the campground on to Hwy. 17 sometimes, particularly at commute times in the morning and evening. There is a nice Publix supermarket about 1/2 mile west of the campground. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Very clean park with gated access. All streets are paved & sites are concrete pads. All sites are backin. Utilities are located at rear corner of sites. Good cable tv & wifi worked very well. There are 2 laundry buildings, each with a men's & women's restroom facility. This is a member owned park & there are many park models located on privately owned lots. These privately owned sites are all very clean & well maintained. Rate listed is Coast to Coast + $5.00 per day 50 amp charge. We will definitely stay here again.

Access to the park from Hwy. 1(Augusta Road) is much easier on Oakleaf Lane at the west end of the flea market. Staff was very friendly & helpful. We had made a reservation for 3 nights, but had to put the rv in the shop for repairs on our first night in Lexington. We expected to pay for 3 nights, but the staff was very understanding & only charged us for 2 nights. The park had easy access to the sites & all utilities worked well. Sites were wide & level with a concrete patio. No wifi at site. Good 60 channel cable tv. We would stay again when in this area.

Park is located 1/2 mile south of I-16 @ exit 111. We were not bothered by road noise. Sites are located among tall pine trees & most are pull-thrus. Sites are long enough to stay hooked up for a one night stay. Utilities are located toward rear of sites. Roads & sites are packed sand/gravel. Park has a fishing pond, frisbee golf, & a nice childrens playground. Wifi & 24 channel cable tv both worked well. In addition to chocolate chip cookies on arrival, you can order some very tasty homemade cinnamon rolls in the office. We found the staff to be very friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay again when in this area.

This is an update of my review of 3 years ago. This park manager really understands the meaning of customer service. I was unable to make an online Coast to Coast reservation because of a "Special Event." I called the park to inquire about availability & was told to come on in because sites were available. We were even able to use Trip Points. All sites are level, gravel covered back-in with a concrete patio. The power pedestal is located at the rear of the site, so be sure your power cord will reach a few feet behind your unit. Water & sewer are located on the street side. Cable tv has 16 channels, but no ESPN or sports channels. We did not use the wifi. A water refill station is located beside the office. You can refill 1 gallon containers for 25 cents per gallon. Good laundry facility. Nice clubhouse & pool. Pick up a calendar for a list of the many activities in the clubhouse. All campers are invited to attend these activities. Rate listed is Coast to Coast plus resort fee & 50 amp charge. We will definitely return when in the area.

Park is located in a rural farming area about 10 miles from the shopping area in Yuma. Park is neat & clean in appearance for an older park. Access to our gravel pull thru site was fine. The park only has 30 amp electric service & each pedestal is marked "No Electric Heaters". The utilities are located near the rear of pull thru sites & worked fine. Propane is available at the park. WiFi in the clubhouse did not always work well. TV reception was fine with the rv antenna. There seemed to be a lot of activities scheduled in the clubhouse. The staff was friendly & helpful. We will return when in Yuma.

This is a very well maintained park with a very friendly & helpful staff. The lots in this park are all leased to individuals. The lots are available for rent when the leaseholders are away from the park. All the lots are very spacious (at least double the size of a normal RV site) & level. Most of the lots have improvements such as casitas, patios, & landscaping. All lots are gravel covered & have full hookups including 30/50 amp service & cable TV. All streets are wide & paved. Most sites are back-in. There are a few pull-thru dry camp sites available. Utilities are conveniently located on the lots. Free wifi is available at the clubhouse. You can purchase wifi access for $3.00 a day or $12.00 a week that worked reasonably well for us. The clubhouse is located in the center of the park. It is a very nice facility that contains a billiard room with 3 tables, an activity room, an exercise room, & the laundry. Everyone is invited to participate in the many scheduled activities. The park also has propane available on Monday & Thursday from 9 am to 10 am. The price was less than the price in Benson. There is also a convenience station with air & water located near the facilities building. First time visitors who are not Escapee members may stay for 1 week only at the Escapee rate of $20.00 a day or $110.00 a week + electric. Our electric averaged just over $2.00 a day. We were only going to stay 1 week, but ended up staying 3 weeks. We will definitely return when in this area again.

Look for blue signs with white letters on Hwy. 180. They will accurately guide you to the park. Access in & out of the park is easy. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Roads & sites are gravel. The sites are widely spaced & most have enough short cedar trees between them to offer a nice feeling of privacy. We never heard any road or train noise. The utilities were conveniently located on the site. No cable TV, but the roof antenna picked up a good HD signal for all network channels. Wifi worked well in our site near the laundry/bathhouse. The laundry building has 4 individual, very clean, bathrooms containing a toilet, shower, & lavatory. The laundry has 4 washers & 4 dryers. This park has a very rural feeling to it because of the generous site spacing & the old farm equipment setting throughout the park. We will stay here again on our next trip to Silver City.

This is a very nice & clean park with easy access in & out. Sites & roads are compacted gravel. Our site had a nice grass area & concrete patio with a picnic table. The park is very clean & the staff works hard to keep it clean & dust free. Twice per day, a pickup truck slowly pulls a trailer with a water tank spraying water on the roads to keep dust down. It seemed to be very effective. The wifi worked well in our site. The utilities were conveniently located on the site. Although we didn't use them, the laundry & bathrooms were very clean. There are apparently a few long term residents because a few sites have large propane tanks on them. These sites are all very clean & uncluttered. Although the park is located in town, we were never bothered by road or train noise. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We will stay again when in this area.
