Access to the park from Hwy. 1(Augusta Road) is much easier on Oakleaf Lane at the west end of the flea market. Staff was very friendly & helpful. We had made a reservation for 3 nights, but had to put the rv in the shop for repairs on our first night in Lexington. We expected to pay for 3 nights, but the staff was very understanding & only charged us for 2 nights. The park had easy access to the sites & all utilities worked well. Sites were wide & level with a concrete patio. No wifi at site. Good 60 channel cable tv. We would stay again when in this area.

Park is located 1/2 mile south of I-16 @ exit 111. We were not bothered by road noise. Sites are located among tall pine trees & most are pull-thrus. Sites are long enough to stay hooked up for a one night stay. Utilities are located toward rear of sites. Roads & sites are packed sand/gravel. Park has a fishing pond, frisbee golf, & a nice childrens playground. Wifi & 24 channel cable tv both worked well. In addition to chocolate chip cookies on arrival, you can order some very tasty homemade cinnamon rolls in the office. We found the staff to be very friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay again when in this area.

This is an update of my review of 3 years ago. This park manager really understands the meaning of customer service. I was unable to make an online Coast to Coast reservation because of a "Special Event." I called the park to inquire about availability & was told to come on in because sites were available. We were even able to use Trip Points. All sites are level, gravel covered back-in with a concrete patio. The power pedestal is located at the rear of the site, so be sure your power cord will reach a few feet behind your unit. Water & sewer are located on the street side. Cable tv has 16 channels, but no ESPN or sports channels. We did not use the wifi. A water refill station is located beside the office. You can refill 1 gallon containers for 25 cents per gallon. Good laundry facility. Nice clubhouse & pool. Pick up a calendar for a list of the many activities in the clubhouse. All campers are invited to attend these activities. Rate listed is Coast to Coast plus resort fee & 50 amp charge. We will definitely return when in the area.

Park is located in a rural farming area about 10 miles from the shopping area in Yuma. Park is neat & clean in appearance for an older park. Access to our gravel pull thru site was fine. The park only has 30 amp electric service & each pedestal is marked "No Electric Heaters". The utilities are located near the rear of pull thru sites & worked fine. Propane is available at the park. WiFi in the clubhouse did not always work well. TV reception was fine with the rv antenna. There seemed to be a lot of activities scheduled in the clubhouse. The staff was friendly & helpful. We will return when in Yuma.

This is a very well maintained park with a very friendly & helpful staff. The lots in this park are all leased to individuals. The lots are available for rent when the leaseholders are away from the park. All the lots are very spacious (at least double the size of a normal RV site) & level. Most of the lots have improvements such as casitas, patios, & landscaping. All lots are gravel covered & have full hookups including 30/50 amp service & cable TV. All streets are wide & paved. Most sites are back-in. There are a few pull-thru dry camp sites available. Utilities are conveniently located on the lots. Free wifi is available at the clubhouse. You can purchase wifi access for $3.00 a day or $12.00 a week that worked reasonably well for us. The clubhouse is located in the center of the park. It is a very nice facility that contains a billiard room with 3 tables, an activity room, an exercise room, & the laundry. Everyone is invited to participate in the many scheduled activities. The park also has propane available on Monday & Thursday from 9 am to 10 am. The price was less than the price in Benson. There is also a convenience station with air & water located near the facilities building. First time visitors who are not Escapee members may stay for 1 week only at the Escapee rate of $20.00 a day or $110.00 a week + electric. Our electric averaged just over $2.00 a day. We were only going to stay 1 week, but ended up staying 3 weeks. We will definitely return when in this area again.

Look for blue signs with white letters on Hwy. 180. They will accurately guide you to the park. Access in & out of the park is easy. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Roads & sites are gravel. The sites are widely spaced & most have enough short cedar trees between them to offer a nice feeling of privacy. We never heard any road or train noise. The utilities were conveniently located on the site. No cable TV, but the roof antenna picked up a good HD signal for all network channels. Wifi worked well in our site near the laundry/bathhouse. The laundry building has 4 individual, very clean, bathrooms containing a toilet, shower, & lavatory. The laundry has 4 washers & 4 dryers. This park has a very rural feeling to it because of the generous site spacing & the old farm equipment setting throughout the park. We will stay here again on our next trip to Silver City.

This is a very nice & clean park with easy access in & out. Sites & roads are compacted gravel. Our site had a nice grass area & concrete patio with a picnic table. The park is very clean & the staff works hard to keep it clean & dust free. Twice per day, a pickup truck slowly pulls a trailer with a water tank spraying water on the roads to keep dust down. It seemed to be very effective. The wifi worked well in our site. The utilities were conveniently located on the site. Although we didn't use them, the laundry & bathrooms were very clean. There are apparently a few long term residents because a few sites have large propane tanks on them. These sites are all very clean & uncluttered. Although the park is located in town, we were never bothered by road or train noise. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We will stay again when in this area.

Located about 3 miles west of I-35W(Exit 26) on the south side of US Hwy. 67. If eastbound on Hwy. 67, turn right into the park. If westbound on Hwy. 67, you must be in the left turn lane & do a U-turn to get in to the park. Hwy. 67 is a 4 lane divided highway, so there is ample room to do a U-turn. This is an older park & most sites are somewhat narrow. There are many long term residents. The park has ample power & water pressure. No cable TV, but lots of channels available with the roof antenna. Utilities are conveniently located on the sites. Most sites share a pedestal, therefore most campers are set up with doors facing each other. Wifi worked well during our stay. The staff was very friendly & helpful. While not a destination resort, this park served our purposes well, & we would return again when in this area.

Easy access into the park off Hwy. 146. Friendly & helpful staff at check-in. Our site was a long & wide pull thru that was slightly lower in front. The site was located between the pool & the CARE Center, rather than in the rv park area near Hwy. 146. Sites & roads in our area were fine gravel with no dust from traffic. Everyone was very friendly & we were invited to an ice cream social at the clubhouse. The only negative to the park is the lack of tv reception from the roof top antenna. We were only able to get 3 religious channels, 1 Spanish language channel, & 1 channel that only showed old sit-com reruns. We could not even watch an evening news/weather cast. Our site had no park wi-fi service, but we were able to use our mobile hotspot. We would return for a short stay. The lack of OTA tv would be the limiting factor.

Easy paved access to the park from Exit 158 off I-65. We were here in May, 2012 & the park is still very clean. They are in the process of expanding the park & nearly doubling the number of sites. All sites are long, level, gravel covered pull through. Exceptionally clean bath & shower facilities. Clean laundry room. Excellent TV reception with antenna. Did not use WiFi. Nicest campground owner I have ever met. He genuinely appreciates your business & tells you so. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Rate reflects PA discount.

The park is located 1/2 mile north of I-24 @ Exit 11. If arriving after dark, go slow & look for the entrance on the right. There is a sign, but it is not lighted at night. This is a clean park with gravel roads & level gravel sites. We were in a front site on the second row. There is some road noise, but we ran a fan at night to lessen the road noise level inside. WiFi worked well. Laundry & bath house were both very clean. The office has a small store area containing some RV supplies & a few grocery items. The staff is friendly & helpful. We paid with Coast to Coast trip points. This park charges 2500 trip points per night rather than 1500 points charged by most Good Neighbor Parks. We would stay again if in the area.

Park is located across US 377(J A Richardson Loop) from Ada in rural setting. Managers are very friendly & helpful. Roads & sites are all white rock/gravel. All sites are pull thru. Roads & some sites could use some additional fill in some low areas. Park is fenced & has a gate that requires a gate card for entry. Both 30 & 50 amp available. Our 50 amp worked well. Good water pressure. Good cable TV with many channels available. Wifi was a little slow. Restrooms & laundry could both use a little TLC. The park has many long term residents who are working in the area. No problem with road noise, but you can hear train whistles at night. We have also stayed at the other RV park in Ada, but definitely prefer this park. We will stay again when visiting son at college.

Date of Stay:

Very neat & clean park. All roads & sites are paved. Friendly & helpful employees. Park located next to RR tracks, but we were not bothered by train noise. Pull thru sites are long enough to stay hooked up if necessary. Utilities & cable TV were good. Wi-fi was adequate. Very clean laundry/bath house. Rate was pa. Will stay again when in the area.

Park is located on I-40 next door to Camping World, but we were not bothered by road noise. Roads & sites are all gravel & sand. Nice long & wide sites with plenty of room to park. Restrooms & laundry were clean. Employees were friendly & helpful. Neat collection of old cars & trailers behind office. Rate was C2C Good Neighbor Park. We will stay again when in this area.

This is a very clean & well maintained park with gravel sites. All sites are pull thru sites. Very friendly & helpful managers who escort you to your site on arrival. Wi fi worked well. Laundry was clean & washers & dryers worked well. Entry requires a gate code. Don't miss the chance to eat @ Lum's Bar-B-Q (about a 1/2 mile south on 377 on the right) while in Junction. We will definitely stay here again when in Junction.
