Stayed here in 2007 since then they have changed owners. The new owners have really cleaned the park up all of the roads are now paved and it's much easier to get around. The people here really go out of their way to make you feel at home.

People were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Park is very clean and well layed out they have planted trees at all of the sites and given a few years it should turn out to be a top rated park. If in the area will be sure to stop here as its close to l-20 and easy to acssess.

First time here but will come back if in this area. Was really surprised when you first get here it doesn't look like much but once in the park it is really nice. It is real quiet and shady. When you check in the norm is they leave a letter in the box with your name and site. You don't have to go thru check in when you first get here they take cash or checks no cards.

Very well maintained park all of the employes were real helpful and friendly. Had a major wind and rain one night and the park security cleaned up and checked around asap. Wifi was strong and the over the air channels came in strong. Lots of room for big rigs as I saw many 42 footers some towing 20 ft trailers in the park still hooked up in a pull thru. ( still didn't see Elvis)

When we finished checking in they told us to fill our water tank as they had a broken line and this was the second day with this problem. Our third day there we had a bad storm trees down and no power. When asked in the office how long the power would be out they had no idea. They closed at 7 and left everyone in the dark. No one went through the park after the storm to check on campers. We had to rent a motel room as it was to hot for our puppy and the power was out for 36 hrs. Their were a lot of unhappy campers as the park didnt offer a refund or discount for the water and power outage. It is a nice park well located but needs more knowledgeable people working in the office, they had very little concern for the campers. I know it was called a act of God but at least check on the campers you work there.

This is our second time here. The only real complaint was the tall thin man with the beard that took us to our spot was very rude. When we first got there we had to rush to the store and didn't realize it was one way he let us know real quick he came running at us screaming and then started yelling to NEVER do that again. I won't as I will not be back. The only other thing is the trash pick up you have to carry it to a central spot and they have four 33 gal cans to put it in. The park went under new ownership while we were there so. They may have made the changes. It is a very clean park and easy access for big rigs.

Third time staying here very clean and well cared for park. The people working here are very friendly and always make you feel like family. Told friends about the park and they felt the same way and have made reservations to go back. Great place and great people.

Stayed here before. A real clean and well managed park. My paper work was ready when I got here and they escorted me to my spot plus went through all hook up and park procedures with at the site. Would advise making Reservations well ahead as they do fill up by late afternoon.

Claims to have large pull thru sites (Wrong). I was in a circle and had to ask the person in front of me to move his truck so that Ii could get out. Site was very unlevel and twisted my slide which leaked when it rained. Free WiFi (Wrong). You get 1.2G a month if they can get your computer hooked up. Paved roads to all sites (Wrong). Road in center of park is paved, but everything else is dirt and rough. Plus, I was asked how sharp I could turn as they had to take me through some rough and close areas. Will not stay again.

The only reason they get a 9 is its a long way to anywhere. Real nice park clean, well cared for, and friendly people.

We had a retired-military rally here and were treated great. The owner visited us and dropped the rate in half to $15 a day for anyone wanting to stay on after the rally. All the staff went out of their way to help us and to make sure we were happy. This is a great park with great views. We will for sure go back. Franklin is a very friendly town.

This park has changed a lot. I was here 6 years ago and was very disappointed. They have cleaned it up and the staff was real friendly and helpful. Still a little tight for big rigs but if you get the right spot you are OK. Would definitely come back if in this area.

Real clean and well cared for. The Host was real friendly and showed concern for all of the campers. If you are going to arrive between 10am and 4pm, call ahead for your site number. The big rig sites area extremely large and easy to get into. The park is less than a mile from I-10 and easy to find. Would stay here again.

This was our third time here and each time has been worse. It started as a great place but has gone down. We called six moths ahead for a pull-through site and was told we could only get one for six nites as they would all be taken after that. We made res. for six nites and when we got there they put us in a pull through after we got set up they backed a camper in behind us, I questioned this and was told that I pulled through when I got there what more did I want. I went to the office and they looked around and said they could move me. I stayed there but had power and water problems due to to many hooked to the same line. I complained but to no avail. My last time here.

Great place sites were large and easy to back into. Felt like I was welcome from check in to departure. Staff went all out to make us feel at home. Lots to do and see in the area with many great restaurants. Wold put this place high on my list to go back to.
