This our third time here the park is near l10 but far enough away you don't get the noise. Lady that checked us in was real friendly plus checking in on Sunday not many people around so the maintinence man helped us.

Went in on a Sunday so had to go dry for one night. Monday was put in hookup a lot of construction going on so was hard to get around. I guess the only complaint would be to many full timers staying long term which makes it hard for ones that want to stay a couple of weeks and go one. People working here were great .

News paper in the morning delivered to your door, free breakfast and lunch what more could you ask for. The check in is covered by some very well rehearsed people that are very concerned for your needs.

Very clean park. The staff was great. Easy to navigate had no problem getting to and into my site with a 40 ft and towing. And as they advertise: Walmart is just across the road. They have a foot bridge over the ditch so that you can walk in a straight line to it. Would rate a 10, but the sites are very close.

As always it's a great place to stay. But we had a medical emergency and didn't get to enjoy it. Will have to say that Kim the manager went out of her way to keep me in a spot while my wife was in the hospital. A big hats off to Kim she really cares for her customers and looks out for them when in need.

One of the cleanest parks I have been too everyone was friendly and made us feel at home and part of the family, will definitely come back if in this area.

Very clean and well layed out, all roads are paved and wide you park on Brick pavers which really set the place off. All sites are back in but that is not a problem as the layout is such that you have plenty of room plus they want you to park on your sit with your toad which has plenty of room. They advertise Wifi but it didn't work the two weeks we were there' It is a long way to town about 12 miles all in all it was well cared for and they do have a place you canf fish if you like.

Sites are very narrow. Stayed in premium site had trouble getting in as the roads are very narrow with a lot of big trees in the way. Stayed in site 22 which had a stump sticking up that hit with the lower right side trying to make the turn. Paid for premium site but was there 4 days before they found a table for my site. The people working in the office were very short and rude. Gave us no info on the park or area. If you stay here would advise the grass area as the sites were bigger and more open.

Stayed here in 2007 since then they have changed owners. The new owners have really cleaned the park up all of the roads are now paved and it's much easier to get around. The people here really go out of their way to make you feel at home.

People were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Park is very clean and well layed out they have planted trees at all of the sites and given a few years it should turn out to be a top rated park. If in the area will be sure to stop here as its close to l-20 and easy to acssess.

First time here but will come back if in this area. Was really surprised when you first get here it doesn't look like much but once in the park it is really nice. It is real quiet and shady. When you check in the norm is they leave a letter in the box with your name and site. You don't have to go thru check in when you first get here they take cash or checks no cards.

Very well maintained park all of the employes were real helpful and friendly. Had a major wind and rain one night and the park security cleaned up and checked around asap. Wifi was strong and the over the air channels came in strong. Lots of room for big rigs as I saw many 42 footers some towing 20 ft trailers in the park still hooked up in a pull thru. ( still didn't see Elvis)
