Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park, Fredericksburg, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2007 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park. We were located at the top pull through sites along the airport runway. Noise was never a concern - very few airplanes. Good level site w/ full hookups. It was a bargain for this particular area at $20. We had a heavy rain, but puddles and mud was not a problem. Nice, helpful employees in the office. Because of weather, we had to extend our stay several days and we were accommodated without problems. Location south of town makes it a very nice quiet area. We will plan to stay here every time we are in this area. We camped at Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Pleasant Valley Cabins & Campground, Cimarron, Colorado

Date of Stay: May, 2006 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very quiet, relaxed, small RV park/campground. There are few amenities, but it was a great place to just hang out and relax. Lots of trees, but you could put up a satellite. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Small store with gas and propane available. We will certainly return here. We camped at Pleasant Valley Cabins & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
